My son recently moved into this apartment, and we’ve been very pleased so far. The location is excellent, making it convenient for everyday needs. The apartment itself is spacious, with large windows that bring in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. One thing that really stands out is how well-built the unit is — the walls are thick, so you hardly notice any noise from neighbors, which is a huge plus. The apartment is also very clean and, while it may not be the most modern, it is clearly well maintained. The property manager, Jacob, has been incredibly helpful during the move-in process. Seeing how he interacts with the tenants, it’s clear he genuinely cares about the community. It gives me peace of mind knowing my son isn’t alone there — he has someone approachable and supportive he can rely on. Overall, it’s a comfortable, quiet, and well-managed place to live, and we’re very happy with the choice.

The residences at Hanna was clean and quiet when entering. Very cool area, centrally located in playhouse square. Jacob was very nice to talk too. He met us outside and walked us in to make sure we found it ok. He was efficient and excited to tour, you can tell he has passion for his building and residents the way he talks about it all. Great place.

First, I would like to say that Jacob @ Hanna is so incredibly easy to talk to. Once I walked in the office, and told him what I was looking for, my budget, and being new to the area what my possible needs could be he immediately got to work. He showed me a few units and at the end I was dead set on a unit at the Hanna, but he suggested I take a look at other K&D properties at Terminal Tower. That is currently where I live and I could not be happier. Jacob is great asset to this team, because after looking at countless properties across Cleveland I was exhausted. Thank you so much. Absolutely will recommend.

G your doing it again. I was close by but not at the apartments. Dear staff of the Hanna Apartment's. Please look at my review history. Google often asks me to review places I have never been to. I may have been "adjacent" so I decided to strike up a conversation with "G" asking "it" if it needed help, or wanted to talk about its problems. It has nothing to do with building in any way. I did forget to mention this time that I had not been in your building for that I do apologize. The photos of "know your Bannans" is a statement of my uncertain mental status. (It fluctuates daily) Sorry if I sent you asunder. I'll give you 5 stars for forgiveness. But G I'm still worried about you. G just send me the latest Pixel phone and we can then talk. I'm sure the Residents at the Hanna are luxurious and amazing.
