I absolutely love my new apartment! This is my very first apartment alone and I know I made a great decision living here. It’s spacious, safe, and has great views. The Triton has many different amenities like the pool, gym, movie theater, and arcade games. Yes, the apartment is great, but so is management! Maariyah and Maegan have been so great and responsive. I’m very lucky to be here :)

Moving to the Triton was an amazing decision. I love living in a brand new place in such a nice location! Working with the property manager Nancy was a great experience. She took so much time to show me so many different units so I could find the perfect fit for me. She extended our tour time so I could see the entire property and ask all of my questions. Great experience overall.

Although the building isn’t open yet, Ms. Luvina has already made a great impression in my opinion. She was professional and had genuine enthusiasm for the community. She represented the property extremely well, seeming truly invested in making sure I had all the information I needed. I have actually been shopping around for a new spot to call home and this is definitely now high on my list, because she made me feel confident in her ability to assist with any needs should they arise ! I always love dealing with someone who enjoys what they do. Happy leasing employees make for happy residents! I was also pleasantly surprised she also speaks Spanish!! This was a huge plus! My mother in law was with me (spanish speaking only) and was able to understand the whole conversation without my translation since Ms Luvina is also bilingual !

I didn’t end up living here because of factors unrelated to the property, but I just wanted to say Maariyah was an amazing host and did a wonderful job leading us on the tour. Her professionalism and willingness to run down every question was refreshing compared to so many tours where the leasing agent doesn’t seem to care. Keep up the good work!

Luvina was very helpful and professional throughout the leasing process. She was friendly, quick to answer questions, and made everything easy and stress-free. I really appreciated her support and great customer service!
