Disregard any of the older negative reviews. The management at The Garfield has put in a tremendous effort to change the negative things from the past. I am very happy with my choice to live in this building. The amenities are clean and up to date. The units are newly remodeled (I was considering a few other nearby buildings in downtown- I ultimately chose the Garfield because of the fresh remodel and nice quality finishings). The staff are all super friendly and happy to help. Diana & Robert are great. If you’re new in town, Robert has tons of suggestions on places to see, activities etc. The location is super convenient (esp if you don’t have a car)- walking distance to Heinen’s, bus stop, gyms, some of the best restaurants in town, playhouse square (you can even walk to the stadium if you want to get your steps in). Oh- and Marble Room (the best steakhouse in Cleveland!) is conveniently in the building. The residents are young professionals and overall, the building is quiet. There are no noisy or disruptive neighbors, no parties. The building is pet friendly as well!

I only just moved in a week ago but my experience here has been wonderful. After leaving a horrible situation at my last apartment, had a VERY long, exhausting apartment hunt with many neighboring properties that just wasted my time and effort. Meeting Diana and the staff at The Garfield has been absolutely amazing. I love how the apartment building is in the hustle & bustle of downtown but still has this "small community" feel to it. It is modernized, the community rooms are great and it is so quiet and peaceful. Everyone greets you, remembers you and is always willing to assist in any situation. I am very happy my final choice was here and I look forward to the years I intend to spend here. Thank you!

Diana, the property manager, is always so sweet and helpful! Although there has been some problems with the elevators and doors this past year, I can tell they are trying to fix things as best as possible. Having Diana definitely made living at the Garfield a lot better!

Just moved out about a month ago (moved to a different city). My husband and I stayed there for 3 years. It was a solid experience. First of all, the staff there are great. They are very attentive and all queries/maintenance get answered within the day or so. Keep up the good work crew! Second of all, it was a great deal for the price. The apartments have very modern decor and amenities with ample space. I feel like a lot of the other downtown places you are paying less for an older place or paying more for a newer place that is so much smaller. Thirdly, at least when were lived there our area was very quiet. You only hear people occasionally out in the hallway. Neighbors are normal. Of note, the garage is across the street but this wasn't a deal-breaker for us.

Loved it at the Garfield!! Was there for 3yrs til I relocated again for work. Living in Downtown with everything mostly aisle assessable via walking was great. The leasing team and concierge were 10/10 from when I moved in to I moved out. They have a gem w/Diana. Would recommend to anyone who is moving to the Cleveland Area!
