Location...Location...Location...The Beacon sits in the heart of it all. I have been a resident of the Beacon for 7 years. I've enjoyed a great beautiful apartment with an amazing view with 8 floor to ceiling windows. Our pool was a great addition to hang out and BBQ on the pool deck. And, of course a rooftop 29 stories high with incredible views of sunsets and sunrises around firepits that make it so cozy. The Beacon team has made our 7 years very special. They are kind, professional and hospitable. Every month there is an event that brings the building together for a fun social filled with wine and delicious treats. And we can't forget every Wednesday's grab and go breakfast. Choose the Beacon, you won't regret it and your back yard will be in the heart of THELAND!!

There are not enough positive words I could use to describe my experience living in the Beacon! I lived here for one year on a temporary work assignment and it exceeded every expectation I had. The leasing office, front desk, maintenance staff, etc. were always timely, helpful, and greeted you with a smile. Any outstanding question or issue I had was addressed extremely promptly and well. The building is also made structurally well - I could only count on one hand the amount of times I heard a neighbor which is incredible for apartment living. The location is also prime and you are within short walking distance to Heinens for immediate grocery needs. The pool area was great & the engagement events put on by the staff were always fun and thoughtful. If there were ever any major issues in the building (the occasional fire alarm or elevator issue), residents were communicated to right away. This is easily the best leasing office I have worked with and I am going to miss living here in every aspect! Special shoutout to Katilyn for being so communicative and helpful.

I have been a resident at the Beacon for several years. I'm overwhelmingly happy with my stay thus far and don't have enough great things to say. The staff is absolutely excellent, and super professional. Leasing and management is great and tenants will feel welcomed and accepted. Maintenance is also amazing, very timely and efficient. They are amazing. Complimentary resident events and food/breakfasts are constantly being offered and there is a lot of value in that. Perks are great too, such as the gym which I've saved money and time for years on not having to purchase a membership subscription elsewhere. The rooftop area, inside and out, is fantastic with some of the best views Cleveland has to offer. I've also under-utilized some things such as the pool which I'll get into when the weather improves. Also not to mention the unit is super modern and amazing quality, clearly very recently renovated and rarely has any issues. I'm super pleased with my stay thus far and this is a closest to a 5 star review you can get. Excellent management and effort doesn't go unnoticed and leads to thrilled residents.

I've been living here for about five months, and genuinely love it (my pups do too). The shared spaces are always spotless (gym, lobby, elevator, package room, garage, rooftop, the sky lounge, hallways), the residents are friendly, and there are fun monthly events to look forward to. The building feels secure, the property is consistently well maintained, and the one bedroom units are bright and airy thanks to the HUGE windows with natural light. Management takes great care of residents with thoughtful touches like free breakfast in the lobby, and maintenance is quick and efficient whenever an issue comes up. Overall, it's a great place to live.

The Beacon is truly exceptional and I can't recommend it strongly enough. The management team, Katilyn and Baleiba, are so dedicated to providing the best experience, with attention to detail, timeliness, and professionalism. They are also so kind and personable! My experience living at the Beacon was extremely positive: Katilyn, Baleiba, Frankie at the front desk, Johnny and the other security staff made it feel like a family. Excellent amenities, great location, wonderful parking garage, A-level organization of the building. I have no negatives to mention, this is a top-tier building and I am sad to be leaving it. 10 stars!
