I’ve had a positive experience so far at Stonebridge Waterfront Apartments. One of the things I appreciate most is my apartment’s location within the building, which offers a great balance of convenience and comfort. The space itself has been a good fit for my needs, and the waterfront setting is a nice bonus. I also want to highlight that Oleg has been wonderful to work with from the initial contact through signing the lease and even afterward. He has been responsive, helpful, and made the process smooth and welcoming. Like many apartment communities, there can occasionally be some noise from neighboring units, but it’s something I’m adjusting to as I get settled. Overall, I’m pleased with my experience and looking forward to continuing to enjoy the community.

Be ready for electricity bill coming 500+ when you're not even home with poor building maintenance. Edit: response to stonebridge, it's obvious that poor insulation and maintenance is causing high bills, I talked to others in building that have the same issue. Cleveland public power has nothing to do with poor insulation. we can barely get our heat to reach 70, it blows cold air even when we set it to 78. All the good reviews are because they tell people to leave good reviews at the beginning of their lease.

I saw other great reviews and thought this was an amazing place to rent, then I got to meet Oleg and Ashley. Then I was certain that the stonebridge waterfront apartment complex was the perfect place for me! Oleg was super helpful during the whole process and overall am awesome person to talk to! Best decision I’ve made!

I saw someone else finally spoke up about electricity bills. I can confirm, ours is between 350-550 in winter and heat blowing cold air, maintenance didn't do anything about it. Just be ready for that. We had several leaks from upstairs that ruined our furniture but with this price range you know what you get. Everything else is good. Ashley and Oleg are amazing in front office.

Stonebridge has been the best living experience of my life so far. I lived there for 5 years. The location is perfect for being close to downtown, but still mostly out of the traffic and chaos. I enjoyed the view of downtown more than I ever thought I would, the park right near by, the paths that lead to Edgewater and beyond. It's a good mix of city and still having nature closeby. Anytime we had an issue, maintenance was on top of it right away. I have nothing to complain about. Oleg and Ashley were always more than willing to help in any way they could.
