THE BEST APARTMENT COMMUNITY DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND (PUBLIC SQUARE)🫶🏽 I’ve had an excellent experience living at Residences at 55 for the past 2 years. My apartment is absolutely beautiful, and the entire community is consistently quiet, clean, and well-maintained. One of the standout aspects of living here is the maintenance team they are responsive, efficient, and take great pride in their work. Any requests are handled promptly and professionally, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day comfort. The property management team is equally impressive. They are attentive, organized, and truly care about the residents and overall living experience. It’s clear that there is a strong standard of excellence upheld throughout the property. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. It’s a place where you feel comfortable, valued, and at peace. I highly recommend Residences at 55 to anyone looking for a quality living environment—I truly wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

The building is CLEAN, elevators, hallways, public hallways and gathering areas. Still the most impressive part of the Residences at 55 is the staff. From the very beginning Brian and Rita have been warm, welcoming and accommodating. At almost a year in everything just keeps getting better. Brian truly cares about the residents. He is available to his residents and goes above and beyond to help everyone have a better day. . . and a better stay in their own home!

Special shout out to Brian! Living here has been great - convenient location, security on site, gym on site, dry cleaning on site, love the free coffee and YAY to books in the community room! Brian was very welcoming from the very first time we met and was very patient when my partner and I were trying to figure out our living situation. When my partner and I were looking to move into a bigger apartment, Brian was super helpful with coordinating the logistics of it given our crazy work hours. Special shout out to Bill, as well! Thank you for responding promptly to maintenance requests and always leaving a note to close the communication loop :) You are appreciated!

I moved to Cleveland from Florida due to work and I’ve been officially living at 55 for a little over 7 months. When I came for a tour with Brian (Property Manager) he was so lovely (and always there when you need him in the office), and the property had me blown away with the updated appliances and flooring. I was so blown away that when I was touring other places, I kept comparing them to 55 and it really was no comparison. I’ve had such wonderful experiences, no bugs/vermin and also no water or HVAC issues that seem to plague a lot of other apartments. Never had to worry about filthy appearances here. I love it soooooo much, and I enjoy the security that is on site which makes you feel safe. I recommend ‘Residences at 55’ to any and everyone!

Bryan made my move-in experience so much easier. He was very kind, professional, and genuinely helpful-he even took the time to help me bring up some heavy packages, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice to have someone go the extra mile. So far, my experience living here has been smooth and welcoming, and I’m happy with my decision to move here. Thank you, Bryan!!
