After touring the apartment, I feel the Airbnb reviews don't do this place justice. The building is very modern, looks very clean, new, and well-kept. The units come equipped with standard modern kitchen appliances and an in-unit washer/dryer. I like that the bedroom has a horizontal window at the top to let natural sunlight from the living room window in. There is an attached public parking garage with reserved spots for residents on the lower levels. I'd recommend taking a tour here if you're considering living in downtown Cleveland.

I had a great experience touring this property. The suite was clean and well maintained. The layout felt spacious and functional, and it was clear the property had been well cared for. The tour was smooth and professional, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I really appreciated the transparency and attention to detail. It may the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend a tour if you’re considering this property.

We stayed here through air bnb as a rental for a couple of nights Check in was easy... security guy with light eyes was a cool dude and told me some good directions. Got my keys and access cards and was off to enjoy.... parked for free in downtown THIS WAS A PLUS ➕️ parked my $80,000 truck in a parking garage that was not just small but run down trash everywhere found a spot on the top floor 5 and unloaded the truck.. and the elevator from the parking garage smelled like fresh urine and was FILTHY!!!!! Get into the building and looked very dingy and dirty.... So I use my card to go up to the "PENTHOUSE" 21ST FLOOR. Old hallways carpet was nasty. So we get in the place and well it was ik wuth us.. EVEN THOUGH THE WASHER MACHINE DID NOT WORK, AND THE BLIMDS WERE DESTROYED ....SO much for sleeping in as on the 21st floor it's bright at 6.a.m. so the was not fun... but ohhhhh the views.....ehh not really all that and it was a "CORNER UNIT" not impressed at all. And management please comment back on this review as there needs to be some SERIOUS HELP needed to shine this place up. Sorry but I say it like it is..... Ohh did I say there is homeless people all around outside and the parking garage is not safe not a place i would feel comfortable again any time soon. Please OWNER respond to these issues And are short term rentals are not allowed as we were told to be quiet about where we were staying???? I GAVE 2 STARS TO BE NICE 🗣HOPE THIS HELPS

I stayed at this short-term rental for the weekend. While the views were enjoyable and my floor was quiet, there were some things that needed attention. The floors could have been vacuumed more , the tables in all rooms needed wiped, and the refrigerator had a lingering smell, indicating it needed a good clean. Providing more towels and washcloths would have improved my stay as well. I feel like the walk-in shower needs hooks for wash clothes and maybe add soap holders. You have to put the shampoo and soap on the shower floor. Also, I feel like the elevator to the garage is way too small maybe an upgrade in the future. It wasn’t that bad just some minor stuff. Overall, it was a beautiful place.

Marcelo was great, quick and efficient with his tour. New community room is brand new and looks amazing! Awesome building all around!
