Just moved in a few weeks ago, but wanted to take a quick minute to provide a review because the service at this apartment has been impeccable. From the very first visit with Deborah showing me the apartment and Diana showing the property again to me, and my son and daughter-in-law. They worked diligently to get my lease ready while I was visiting Ohio from Florida in time for my move in September. From day one of my move, Adriana helped me with getting my keys and access to the unit promptly while the movers arrived early. Since then, I have met Mike the security guy who is always very friendly and keeps a good eye out on the building. I have also been so impressed with how meticulous they keep the building, someone is always cleaning the doors or sweeping outside or vacuuming. I also love hearing the bells chime every hour from the church. I highly recommend this apartment complex, if you are considering a move to the downtown area. I was a little skeptical of moving downtown in public Square after being in Florida for four years and not knowing the area. However, I will say that I’ve been here a few weeks and I take my dog out numerous times a day and there has not been one time that I have felt unsafe. The CPD patrol the area often and seem to take preventative measures to keep the park safe. The people in the building are so friendly. And this morning, they even offered a beautiful complementary breakfast, which was such a nice treat!

75 is without a doubt the jewel of downtown Cleveland. If you are considering living downtown, I would start here. I've lived other places, and had some dealings with just about every other management team, and 75 has been the absolute best of the best. The apartments are so nice, quiet, and modern. It's a little thing, but the washers here are really good. I recently had surgery and had to do a ton of laundry and everything came out pristine. Utilities are reasonable, and it's nice to be able to open the windows. There's games, a conference room, free coffee, rooftop access and other amenities that other places do not offer. The parking is next door at Key plaza, in a nice garage with reasonable costs, by downtown standards. Diana, the property manager, makes this a 5-star building. She keeps this place cleaner than any other building in town. In the few times an issue has come up, she has responded with professionalism and gets results. In an age where every landlord seems like a corporate shell of a human being, Diana goes above and beyond to show she cares about every resident, sometimes to a fault. It is a refreshing change of pace to have someone like that manage this building. As long as this service continues, I will be here as long as I am renting.

Without a doubt, the service I received from Diana here has been the best in the entire Cleveland area. I used to live close to my workplace, and last week I moved to 75 Public Square. For the first time since moving to the United States, I truly felt a genuine quality in the management here. They are attentive, dedicated, and thoughtful about the details. The apartments are beautiful in my opinion. Mine has eight windows, and it gets plenty of natural sunlight. Today I was picking up my Amazon packages. They have an electronic locker system, just like the one I had in my apartment back in Brazil, where you receive a code and simply enter it to retrieve your package directly. I find it very modern and convenient. They also have several common areas. One of them is on the first floor, almost like a lounge or event space, and there’s complimentary coffee available. I’m always grabbing some, and I think the coffee is excellent. As I was walking through today, they were decorating for Christmas, and I thought their holiday setup was absolutely beautiful. The building itself has a fascinating history. I looked it up and found out it’s over 100 years old. It was originally built for the Cleveland Lighting Company, later turned into office space for many years, and eventually purchased and renovated with an investment of over 40 million dollars. I saw this on the Chat GPT. I’ve been living here for the past 10 days, and I’m genuinely very happy. The relationship with management is great. In the other apartments I lived in, even during the move-in process there were already obstacles. Here, it feels like they truly care about residents being happy living here. Another major highlight is that on weekends, during the night until 4 a.m., Charles is here as the housekeeper, and I find that extremely reassuring.

I lived here for one year and am just now leaving this review. This place was awesome! The common areas were always clean, if there were any issues within my unit or in the building they were quickly addressed and the management team always did a great job of communicating when there would be services happening like window cleaning and fire alarm drills. The team there - Diana, Adriana, and James were always so great, friendly, and professional. We will miss them and 75 Public Square. The only reason we didn’t renew the lease is because the downtown life is a little too hustle and bustle for my husband and I, but the complex itself and the people there deserve 5 stars!

Just moved in a few days ago and I already love the building. While the views and amenities of the building are exceptional (very good quality-appearing materials and adequate space in the suite, a beautiful common room, gym, dog park, rooftop, etc.), the building manager, Deborah, was ultimately the reason I chose to live here for the next year. Through the process, Deborah has been so helpful and responsive. She’s one of the most pleasant and cheerful people I’ve ever met and went above and beyond. Other notable things you may want to know: -the entry way smells great -the building feels very safe with a key fob required to get in and to use the elevator to get to your floor -there’s a beer tap that you get a free beer per day -shower pressure is solid -there’s a dog washing station -community room has a great coffee machine -all other tenants I’ve met so far have been extremely friendly
