My experience staying at uptown550 has been an excellent one. The leasing office, concierge, and maintenance Team are Tier one. They are always pleasant and attentive and they always make sure all your needs are met. They always create a warm environment. From the heartfelt good mornings from the front desk concierge to the warm cups of coffee with a smile from the barista. The entire team is awesome. Couldn’t have picked a better place to call home.

I recently moved into Uptown 550 and the 24 hour concierge had been great. Very helpful and friendly and have gone above and beyond to ensure I have been settled in and have become well acquainted with the property. The concierge manager Clyde has been very accommodating and attentive to detail and knowledgeable on all FAQ that new residents typically have.

I love being a resident at Uptown 550. The community is sick, the staff is cool, and the location is legit. One surprisingly great feature is the quality of the apartments, the plumbing and fixtures are built to last. They have never let me down, no matter the challenge. For the crown!😩

I’ve lived here the past two years and I love it here. I really can’t speak highly enough about this place. I’m on the fifth floor, and one day my cat got out. By the time I realized, my cat was safe in the concierge’s office on a vacation. I really appreciate the staff here. The Gyms are really nice, there’s a hot tub. And there’s free coffee. I’ve lived a few different apartments in Charlotte, this is literally the best one.
