Living at 704 at The Quarter has honestly been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. The community is always clean, well-kept, and has a great atmosphere. The location is super convenient, and the amenities are always maintained nicely. What really makes this place stand out is the staff. Tobi and Tavarus have both been amazing throughout my time here. They’re professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything you need. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and work hard to keep the community running smoothly. Any questions or maintenance concerns are handled quickly, and the communication from the team has always been great. I know every community will have mixed reviews, but my personal experience here has been nothing but positive. I’d definitely recommend 704 at The Quarter to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live with a team that truly cares.

This past weekend I visited my sister who lives here. I must say when she first decided to move to Charlotte I was nervous, because we don’t move far from home lol. And she knew no one. Well I must say her friends I met were pretty awesome and her apartment is really dope! The community was nicely kept, I met some of the office people while getting coffee and they were very nice. I love their pool and the walkable access we had to the bars and restaurants. Definitely happy she picked this place.

Absolutely loved my stay here while visiting family this weekend! From the moment I arrived at the front office, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process seamless by personally showing me to the guest suite and explaining the key fob access. The guest suite itself was beautiful, stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. I was pleasantly surprised to find a handwritten thank you card, a bottle of wine, and treats waiting for me on the counter, which made the experience feel extra special. The property is peaceful and quiet in the evenings, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. Even passing residents in the hallways, it was easy to see how much they genuinely enjoy living here, something my brother has often shared as well. This community truly goes above and beyond, and it made my visit that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience during my recent tour, thanks to Anton Muccia. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout the entire process. Anton took the time to thoroughly explain the features of the property, answer all of my questions, and ensure I felt informed every step of the way. What stood out most was his attention to detail and genuine willingness to help. He didn’t rush the tour and made sure to highlight aspects of the community that matched my needs and preferences. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the experience both comfortable and informative. I’ve had a fantastic experience living at 704 at The Quarter. The property is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The apartment itself has exceeded my expectations — spacious layout, high-quality finishes, and a balcony with a nice view. The management team has been friendly, responsive, and proactive, which makes a huge difference when it comes to feeling at home.
