Very professional staff I had the pleasure to meet Deborah and she went above and beyond the property is very clean and state of the art with large rooms and stainless steel appliances, a gym and yoga room even with steamed towels and filtered water. They have washers and dryers in each unit and walk in closets. This is a beautiful place and the view from the skyline is breathtaking. I was very impressed with how kind the entire staff was and made the application process very smooth. Deborah was so nice I could sit and talk with her all day, you can truly tell she loves her job. Thank You Trella Uptown you are all awesome!!!!

Absolutely stunning property! I had the privilege of meeting the staff here at Trella and taking a tour of the property- what a treat! Lola and Ashley greeted me at the door with welcoming smiles, Colby gave me a tour- highlighting all of the stand out features of this property (podcast studio, gas grills, 2 outdoor deck spaces- complete with pickle ball courts). Marisa the senior property manager leads with integrity and intention. This would be a wonderful place to call home.

I had an outstanding experience with Trella Uptown Apartments, and I want to especially recognize Colby Erwin for making the entire process smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. From my very first inquiry, Colby stood out for his responsiveness, knowledge, and attention to detail. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered every question thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. It was clear that he truly cares about helping people find the right home, not just filling a unit. The Trella Uptown community itself is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained. The location is ideal, with easy access to Uptown Charlotte, great dining, and everything you need nearby. The amenities are thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere feels both professional and comfortable. What really made the difference, though, was the level of service. Colby consistently followed up, communicated clearly, and handled every step with professionalism and integrity. In a process that can often feel stressful, he made it simple and enjoyable. Love this property! The unique style is unlike anything I have seen in this area. Wide open layout, creative amenity spaces and a great, very hands-on property staff! I love what this community brings and feel that this building represents the future of Charlotte.
