Autumn…one of the BEST in Charlotte to help you (Fall) into your new home. *Ba dum tss* She’s absolutely spectacular! Any and all concerns were met with quick and above and beyond solutions. She made herself accessible even on her off days, and made me realize that there isn’t a better community in the greater Charlotte area. As someone that has been in the service industry almost all my life I can confidently say that Autumn is 1 of 1 and has built a relationship and rapport that will extend beyond my lease. Thank you Autumn! Greystar, you’ve got a superstar!

I initially went for an unscheduled tour. I immediately loved the aesthetic of the facility. I was able to meet Kay, who was very warm welcoming! We first discussed everything that I’d be looking for in a home. Kay showed me multiple units available that best fit me. The units were very beautiful and new. Kay did a very nice job breaking down the unit pricing and helping me stay within the budget that I discussed with her. She was absolutely amazing! My apartment search did not last long because I was definitely sold by the end of the tour!

My husband and I are moving out at the end of the week so my review doesn’t take in to account any of that process. But this was such a great apartment for us! The location was great, we never had any issues within our apartment. We lived in the second building, and found it nice. To whom it may concern, there is a dog nearby that barks pretty loudly. That wasn’t something that bothered us though. The residential events were always really fun and we’re going to miss the experience. I worked with Kay for the majority of us living here and she was always great.

Tonight our family is in tears, for one my car was hit while parked in an appropriate parking space. Thanks to CMPD we were able to determine who hit my car in the "secure parking garage". My husband's car was towed while parked in what we were told were visitor's parking space and we had to pay to get his car back. The "hotel" team had absolutely no remorse...... we let this go and after tonight I no longer feel safe, we were photographed in the pool area ( private area that is supposed to be for residents) by men who refused to identify themselves but said they were told by property management to tell us to leave the premises? Premises? are you serious I pay over 2500 per month to live here ! Then we were stalked in the clubhouse. They called the police on us and said we were in the "public" area of the "premises". Again, this is now feeling like a plantation. The law enforcement determined this to be a bad call! Nevertheless, this person called yet another person to show up and stalk, follow, record, and photograph us and nothing is done. I am in tears because one the state of this country and now where I have lived for almost the past year and I no longer feel safe. I am seeking a restraining order because who and what and why? It is my birthday neighbors, were on balconies, children in the pool and we were all having a good day until this happened and there is absolutely no way I can relax here ... no one has checked on us and no one cares! I am hurt to the core! This happened in front of our children and grandchildren! Security should be policing the premises and keeping cars from being stolen not stalking the residents and making them feel uncomfortable!

Love this building! We had the pleasure of talking with Carmela Flanagan. She listened to what we need and showed us all the apartments that she felt we would like. Went above and beyond by showing us multiple units that we didn’t discuss before hand. The gym and yoga room is amazing. The units are unique as the names they have for them. Great service and building overall
