My husband and I have lived at The Reed for three years, and we’ve always had a positive experience. However, since Bozzuto, the new management company, took over, our experience has truly been exceptional. They have gone above and beyond to enhance our living environment—updating décor and furniture, adding thoughtful amenities like free energy drinks and protein bars in the gym, and repainting, deep-cleaning, and renovating common areas. They’ve also elevated the resident experience through incredible monthly events, often catering food and even bringing in a saxophone player for parties. The building itself offers absolutely stunning views—we actually got married on the rooftop, and it was perfect. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly kind and truly feels like family. When our dog needed major surgery, they surprised us with a gift bag filled with treats and toys, along with a card signed by the team wishing him a speedy recovery. It’s the little things like this that make The Reed feel like home

I had an excellent experience working with Erin at The Reed. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to help me secure the perfect rental. What stood out most was her willingness to assist with every detail—she not only helped me take advantage of a great promotional discount, but also took the time to help measure the space so I could ensure my furniture would fit perfectly. That level of care and attention made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Erin’s professionalism, dedication, and genuine customer care made this an outstanding experience. I highly recommend working with her—she’s exceptional. And Amy she is a trip, she made me laugh so hard, I love these people they are awesome!

I’ve lived at The Reed for 3 months, and I have to say it’s been such a great experience so far. As I’m sitting here I’m eating great food, and listening to great music provided by The Reed for our community Christmas Party. Not to mention the other amenities and I have to say, all that aside one of the biggest things I like is how clean this place is. Every little spot and room is meticulously cleaned and I always feel clean using the amenities

I lived at The Reed for a year, loved every bit of it, had i not moved to another state, i would still be living there. The new management is top notch, and so is every staff, the lady at concierge has been very helpful throughout my stay, be it with my packages or deliveries, she has been extremely supportive.

I DO NOT recommend living here. I’ve been living here for a little over two years & have decided not to renew my lease for multiple reasons. What actually drew me to leave this review was my final straw with this place. Management does not work with you on anything. I explained well in advance that I would be out of town during the week I am supposed to move out and simply asked for a 4-day extension. Instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, they immediately declined because they wanted to hurry and & prepare the apartment for whomever may move in next & made it very clear that residents are treated like numbers rather than people, and that convenience for management matters more than working with tenants during stressful situations. Reason # 2 One of the constant problems here is with the parking gate. It seems like every 2 weeks, there is an issue with me being able to enter or exit the gate. I have had to call and wait for assistance, which has caused me to be late to multiple appointments. I’ve even had to pay $45 a few times just to leave to try and avoid being late. I currently pay $125 per month to park here (which i think is very high) so having to go through all of these hoops is very annoying. Reason #3 Another major inconvenience is access to the property during events. When there are games nearby, the roads are completely blocked off, making it impossible to get home for hours. I’ve had to sit and wait in parking lots until they open the roads back up just to return to my own apartment. Reason #4 There’s also alwayssssss at least 1-2 elevators not working. They break all the time. I heard about the elevator issue before I moved here and asked them if that issue was resolved and the leasing agent assured me that they no longer had that issue. Clearly that was not true. I’ve had to walk up 21 flights of stairs a few times just to get back in my home. Reason #5 Lastly, management shows little interest in retaining current residents. Renewal incentives are nonexistent as I’ve had at other places I’ve lived. Due to these ongoing issues, I will not be renewing my lease. I strongly encourage others to think twice before moving here.
