I have been living in Mint for more than 9 months now.. it's been a wonderful time here. Feels like home. Special Shout-out to Staffs. The location is a big plus and luckily I got a good view of uptown from my balcony. This place is neat and clean. They have At least 3 events every month, which helps socialize. It's a good stay. :-)

I recently visited Mint 425, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t the best. The property itself looked brand new and promising, but I was disappointed by the service I received. There was only one leasing agent working when I arrived, and it was near closing time. I didn’t have an appointment, but I was fully prepared with my ID and ready to see a unit. However, the agent told me to come back the next day, citing that it was 15 minutes before closing time. I respected that and agreed to come back in the morning. However, the next day, I ended up receiving a call from another place and didn’t make it to Mint 425. Honestly, when I think back, I don’t think the leasing agent even remembered who I was, which made the experience feel a bit impersonal. Since I didn’t actually get to tour the apartments or see the amenities, I can’t speak to the quality of the units or the facilities. Based on my limited interaction, I wouldn’t recommend Mint 425 at this time, but perhaps others may have a better experience.

My entire experience from touring to moving into Mint 425 was stress free. I want to thank property managers Lashay and Richard for making my decision easy. I love the lobby and lounge areas so much as well as my new apartment home.

I’ve lived here for almost a year now and overall have had a really positive experience. My only real concern is the ongoing elevator situation....it’s honestly the worst I’ve experienced at any apartment. Since moving in, I’ve personally received well over 30 emails about elevators being down, under “preventative maintenance,” or reserved for move-ins and move-outs. With only three elevators, when one is down (which feels like most of the time) and another is reserved for a large portion of the day, the entire building ends up relying on just one elevator, which can take an unreasonable amount of time. I understand this isn’t the team’s fault, and they do a great job keeping residents informed, but it’s been a consistent issue - for example, one of the main elevators was down for nearly a month, and during that time there were still multiple reservations and other outages. It often feels like as soon as one elevator is fixed, another goes down. While I appreciate the communication, this has become a noticeably shared frustration among residents. There has to be an underlying reason for how frequently these issues occur, and whether it’s vendor-related or not, it may be worth exploring alternative solutions - or temporarily stopping elevator reservations for move-ins and move-outs—until there’s more consistent reliability for residents, especially those who have been here long-term.

Had service again today. It's so fast I almost don't want to leave this review and let the word out. they're always nice and I love that service leaves a little note so you know they've been in your apartment😊
