Beautiful apartment complex with an amazing staff that truly makes residents feel at home. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and conveniently located near shopping, dining, and major highways. The amenities are top-notch, and the management team is always responsive, friendly, and professional. The community has a welcoming atmosphere, and it’s clear the staff takes pride in keeping everything clean, safe, and comfortable. Definitely one of the best places to live in the area.

LoftOne has been the best first apartment to live in after college - I love my apartment layout and all the amenities. The whole leasing office is super friendly and accommodating. Jalissa Coppage has been so helpful with all my leasing and renewal questions, and is always willing to help out with all of my one off questions. She’s the best!

I have lived at The Carson/Loft One35 for 22 months, and the last 6 of those have been unsatisfactory. The elevator closest to my unit has been broken for about 6 weeks, which is extremely inconvenient. Multiple packages of mine have also been stolen with no assistance from staff. There is 24/7 construction everywhere. The amenities are nice when they are working/open and the location is great, as well as the maintenance staff, which explains my 2 star review.

The apartments themselves are spacious, but our experience overall has been disappointing. When we moved in, there were several noticeable maintenance issues that should have been addressed beforehand, including a loose dishwasher, cracked floorboards, and multiple other rushed “quick fixes” throughout the unit. The location is also MUCH louder than expected, especially early in the morning. Trash pickup happens around 4 a.m. on Mondays, which is extremely disruptive, and the gates rarely seem to work properly. For the price and expectations of the complex, we expected much better upkeep and management attention to detail.
