I love Mosaic South End! My apartment is so cute! I have an amazing view! I love coming home from work and watching the Sunset. The neighborhood is so walkable. Love that I save on gas $$$ by living here close to work. The Leasing Staff is amazing. Oh! The 3 themed resident events every month are always so cool and the drinks are so good! You’ll love living here in the heart of South End!

I was visiting a new resident here for 2.5 hours and parked in visitor parking on the 7th floor. The QR code required to register my vehicle would not allow me to submit (asking for make and model but there was no box to enter the information). Since it was after office hours, there was no one available to contact for help. I had registered my vehicle here once before and assumed it would be fine for such a short visit. Instead, my car was booted and I was charged $200. The leasing office was polite but unable to help, while the parking company was unhelpful and unwilling to consider the situation. If you’re considering living here, be aware that guest parking is enforced very aggressively, even when the online registration system isn’t working. This is probably because they did not build enough parking for their residents clearly portrayed while visiting here. Between the excessive fee, lack of after-hours support, noisy location, and inconvenient parking deck, this was a very disappointing experience. It truly displays the lack of consideration for its paying residents and their guests.

I had such a great experience touring this community! The leasing manager Mallory, was incredibly kind, helpful, and made the entire process feel easy and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable right away and was very quick to respond to my application, which I really appreciated. The tour itself was amazing—the units are beautiful and spacious, and she took the time to answer all of my questions. Even after the initial tour, she went out of her way to let me come back later that same day to view the same unit I was interested in. Her patience and willingness to help truly stood out and made a big difference in my decision to apply. Overall, I’m so excited to be moving in and really appreciate the smooth and positive leasing experience!

My boyfriend and I just moved out of Mosaic after relocating to Asheville and want to express how much we have LOVED our time here. Mosaic’s leasing staff and maintenance team have been so responsive, attentive, and wonderful to live with. Any maintenance requests we submitted were met with urgency and excellent service, and the leasing staff is so friendly and kind, specifically Hannah who initially helped us with our move in. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful experience and beautiful apartment, if you are considering moving to Charlotte we highly recommend Mosaic South End.

Recently relocated to Charlotte from Illinois. Leasing staff Toriano and Jo are very personable. Toriano took the time to personalize my move-in process. But the maintenance and ground keepers Brent and Victor are beyond amazing. Any issues that I had with my unit was handled in an efficient manner. Definitely do not see one without the other. I love their work chemistry and love the fact that they will stop me in the hallways or elevator to ask me, how’s my unit!
