I used to genuinely love living at Circa Uptown, but since the previous manager Marissa left and new management took over, the condition of this building has gone sharply downhill. The cleanliness has become unacceptable. There has been literal poop sitting in the hallway for over a week, trash frequently overflows into common areas, and basic maintenance standards are clearly not being upheld. The floors immediately outside the elevators, which are the first thing residents and guests see when entering each level, are consistently filthy and appear to go untouched for long periods of time. At one point, a toilet brush was left sitting outside the elevator for days, which is both unsanitary and embarrassing. More recently, dumpsters have been left out on the street directly where guests enter the property, creating a terrible first impression and making the complex look neglected. What was once a well maintained and enjoyable place to live now feels poorly managed and overlooked. Management seriously needs to reevaluate how this property is being run and prioritize cleanliness, organization, and resident experience again.

What an amazing team here! From the moment walking in, you are greeted with the warmest smiles. The floorplans are spacious and the location is top tier. As a Panthers fan, I’m happy to be next to the stadium and walk to and from the stadium in under 7 minutes. KEEP POUNDING!

Moving from NYC to Charlotte in June and after looking at over a dozen buildings I decided on Circa. I really liked the amenities, the large floor plans as well as the location. Hopeful this was the right decision. Another important reason I went with Circa was because of the level of professionalism that the leasing agent, Jackson, showed throughout the application process. I returned to the property three times in the last six months, and each time felt welcomed by the staff.

I moved into Circa approximately a month ago. I wanted to wait a while before posting a review. Now is the time. I like the location. It is close to my new job and also in walking distance to many top-notch restaurants. Across the street from a ball park, and also one block from the Panthers stadium (Bank of America stadium). The staff is friendly and addresses issues in a timely manner. Great amenities. Great facilities. Lots of free events for residents. Concierge services, trash pick-up, and a nice secured garage for your vehicle. Safe location. I have lived in several places and here is my impression of Circa and uptown living... It reminds me of a little Atlanta, mixed with a bit of D.C., and a splash of NY. People in Manhattan pay millions for the view that I have and they have less conveniences, less safety, and lots more daily stress. You can find negatives everywhere, but the positives should far outweigh them. Circa Uptown. Positively pleasant luxury living.

I’ve lived here since day one and can honestly say this community has exceeded every expectation. The leasing office has been absolutely amazing from the start, management is always attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance has really leveled up their team this year, they’re quick, helpful, and always friendly. The grounds are beautifully maintained, clean, and inviting. I also love that the complex hosts community events throughout the year, including volunteer drives for the homeless and holiday celebrations that bring everyone together. The gym is great, and the rooftop views overlooking the baseball field are some of my favorite parts of living here. It’s surprisingly quiet for being near the stadiums, offering the perfect balance of city energy and peaceful living. The concierge team deserves a special mention ,always on top of things, greeting everyone with a smile and warm personality. Before moving, I had never been to Charlotte and toured several places virtually. Out of all the options, I chose this one because of how responsive and professional the management was during the entire process. They made moving to a new city so much easier. As for parking, if you’ve lived in any downtown or uptown area, you know every spot comes with its trade-offs. But here, it’s worth it. The energy, the community, and the peace of mind make this one of the best places to live in Uptown Charlotte.
