I just had to share how great my experience has been with two awesome people in our apartment complex! Dhianny Melo, the community manager, is super friendly. I really enjoyed my tour with her and immediately wanted to come back and lease. And then there's Ashad Lindsay, who has a real gift for making everyone feel welcome. I trust my instincts, and I know I won’t be wasting my time here.

Ashad gave us a tour and he was AMAZING! He knew all the things about the community and was able to give detailed pricing. I appreciate him remembering little preferences like the green backsplash vs the white.

I moved into Broadstone Craft 3 months -ago and the process has been super smooth! I was able to get all my paperwork done in under a week and got moved in within 2 weeks. Dhianny & Melissa have made everything super seamless. I also have an e-bike and live on a high floor, so having a bike storage on each floor of the parking garage is very convenient. I’ve had 1 minor maintenance request so far and they came SAME DAY! The gym has everything you need, free weights, stair master, curved treadmill for sprints, and dumbbells 80lbs+. Location is great, everything is close by, very quiet and peaceful, all in all 10/10 and so happy I chose this spot!
