I just recently started my second year here at the Bell Uptown. I moved to Charlotte eight years ago and I have moved five times and by far this is the best overall. Starting with the front office,Kathryne , Elizabeth and Raven are wonderful and always helpful and kind. The concierge staff is top-notch and maintenance is always immediately responsive. In and of itself that goes a long way for those of us that live in apartments. They have fun events. They are super pet friendly and I really like my neighbors. There are always going to be small things such as the cars in the garage that are broken down really need to be moved away and still are there. And people not following the rules of garbage, but I’m not gonna be a total Karen on that one, but the cars are really annoying because there’s only so many spots to go around. But overall, this is a great place and I highly recommend.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. I just recently moved in from out of state and Raven was incredible with helping me get set up. Her communication and attention to making sure I was fully supported made the process much easier. The entire Bell Uptown team has been very helpful and professional - highly recommend looking into this building if you’re looking to be in the heart of the city!

Found this place to be my stay for my summer internship here in Charlotte. The leasing team of Katie, Liz, and especially Raven has been amazing! Not to mention one of the Concierge ladies, Morgan, showed me around and made me feel at home. This place has great views and is right next to some good places!

I want to thank Albert on the Bell Uptown maintenance team for his responsiveness and help in replacing my hardwood flooring. I've lived at Bell Uptown for 6+ years and they recently upgraded my cabinets and backsplash, however, they couldn't replace my hardwood floors. During a routine maintenance visit, Albert noticed my hardwood floors and immediately suggested they be replaced as they could be unsafe as some of the pieces on the floor move. Albert asked about my availability and I said as soon as your team can, and I was immediately scheduled for hardwood floor replacement over the next two days. They were super flexible and did the work over two days, since I had furniture I couldn't move out of my apartment. Thanks so much to Albert and his team for their responsiveness, flexibility, and great customer service. And as you can see the floors look great:-)

I’ve lived here for almost three years and it’s the best apartment I’ve lived in! It has amazing views, I don’t get too much outside noise in my apartment, the amenities are fantastic and the staff is truly the best! I moved in right around when it changed from Element to Bell Uptown and the management has been amazing! Most work orders are completed same day, and next day if not. The maintenance staff is always so kind too and will explain what happened. The amenities are rarely out of use, and if they are there’s prompt communication as to exactly what’s out, why, and the ETA when it will be back up and running which I appreciate! The office staff is amazing with anything you need and always so helpful! Katie, Liz and Raven are simply the best! They go above and beyond and really care about the property and residents. The building stays clean and they have cleaners I think daily, sometimes they have window cleaners come for the outside windows that you can’t get too which is also fantastic!
