I loved these apartments since I met them my first time 😍 and if I could leave 100 stars to Kevin’s attention and help I would do it without thinking about it! The amenities are fabulous and the view I will have from my apartment is incredible! I can’t wait to move soon 😍😍

Shoutout to Kevin for the amazing tour! I’m moving from Texas and toured with Kevin while in town with my mother. I’m looking at the high rises in uptown Charlotte and Ascent Uptown stood out in the best way. Kevin showed me a couple of various two bedroom options and every view I saw was amazing. Ashley the community manager greeted my mom and offered us a beverage before we toured the building. Out of all our tours, Ashley and Kevin were the most kind and approachable out of all the tours we had that day!

I recently moved into The Ascent, and I have to say that Anna Buck was the primary reason I chose this building. From day one, her customer service was unmatched. She was incredibly responsive to all my questions and maintained such a positive attitude throughout the entire leasing process. It’s rare to find someone so helpful and genuinely invested in making sure you have a great experience. If you are looking to move here, definitely ask for Anna!

Shoutout to Chris, Kevin and Ashley for the amazing customer service provided while coming in to tour with my girlfriend! Moving to charlotte is a huge move for us and all the apartments at Ascent Uptown were very modern and fitting our aesthetic perfectly. When we move later in the year, we are definitely choosing Ascent Uptown

Ascent Uptown is top notch! Everything in the building is super clean and very modern. The front counter concierge is wonderful. If you need anything done for your apartment or an appointment for anything, ask for Marissa. She has been absolutely AMAZING throughout the years. She will go out of her way to help and she treats you like family. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. If you are looking for a fun, family friendly place to live, look no further!!
