The leasing team and staff at 500 West Trade Street is simply amazing! Everyone is always friendly and addresses any concerns or issues on the spot. Also, the residents events are amazing and very thoughtful. I would like to give special recognition to the Assistant Property Manager, Chris, for hosting an amazing movie night on the rooftop last night. Residents had the opportunity to watch “Cabin In The Woods” on the big screen while under the stars with snacks, popcorn, beverages, and so much more! Chris thank you for an amazing event. I will be looking forward to our next resident rooftop movie night!

I was apartment hunting with my friend all over Uptown Charlotte and this place has by far the best amenities. The layout is very nice in all units and the ceiling cap per floor is amazing. Andrew gave us one of the best tours out of all the other apartments in Uptown Charlotte. The place truly felt like a home I could imagine myself living in.

I had an amazing tour at 500 W Trade Apartments! Jarvis was the absolute best — incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. He gave a thorough tour and really helped me get a feel for the building and the surrounding Uptown Charlotte area. I loved the high-rise layout, the on- and off-site events for residents, and all the thoughtful amenities. One of my favorite touches was the TVs throughout the building — it’s such a smart feature that makes sure residents don’t miss a moment of their favorite games. Thanks to Jarvis, I could truly envision myself living here and enjoying everything this community has to offer. Highly recommend!

500 W Trade is an exceptional residential experience. Very Thankful to live in such a well cared for community. Thank you to Manuel with the Maintenance team - he is so professional, detailed, and genuinely cares about the work he does. Our concierge team also stands out in delivering high level service. Andrew welcomes us with warmth and sincerity. It's great to see him and the leasing staff ready to help when needed. If you have any interest in considering this community, don't second guess it. Amenities are top notch. Neighbors are friendly. And the building is quality. Thank you to the entire team for all that you do for the residents. Much appreciated.

I want to share a review to recognize the staff at 500 West Trade. I’ve leased here for 3 years and the current leasing staff has been the best I’ve seen in all my time here. I had an incident today and needed help. Kamesha was in the leasing office and went above and beyond to help me. She called maintenance to explore solutions. The next day Nuna Joseph called me and followed up. She was so poised and professional. I appreciated the urgency and attention given to me as a resident. Thank you both!
