I recently moved here from Minneapolis and I couldn’t be happier! I had anticipated living at Wintergreen Apartments ever since the complex started building. Not only is my apartment gorgeous, Betty and staff have been very kind, helpful and very accommodating with my needs. Thank you, Wintergreen for making me feel welcome in my new home and community!

Wintergreen is absolutely amazing place to stay. The grounds keep is excellent as well as maintenance crew. Management Betty and Monica are super helpful and does amazing job. You can’t go wrong moving here.

I lived here for almost 2 years, it's been a pleasant experience! Both managers of the site are approachable and were always available to help me when needed. The maintenance team was responsive and solved any issues immediately! Definitely would recommend!

I absolutely LOVE these apartments and they are conveniently located by everything you may need; grocery store, gas station, mall, etc. But what makes these apartments even better are the staff. Betty and Kevin live on site and they are truly the best property managers.
