After wanting to step away from the constant noise of the city, we found Northpoint; and truly, it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. From the moment we moved in nearly a year ago, there’s been a sense of calm here that’s hard to put into words. The grounds are beautifully maintained and create such a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. It genuinely feels like a place you can exhale. One thing that really stood out to us is how well-insulated the apartments are. Temperature stays comfortable, and noise from neighbors is minimal, which makes such a difference in everyday. Although parking was noted as a concern in some reviews, we’ve consistently been able to find a spot and haven’t found it to be an issue. On the rare occasion we’ve needed maintenance, work orders have been handled quickly and efficiently every time. It’s clear the team here truly cares about the residents. And the office staff deserve a special mention, they are consistently kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. You’re always greeted with a smile, and it never feels transactional, it feels like a community. Finding Northpoint was a gift; we couldn’t imagine a better place to call home.

We’ve been living here for about a year and we’ve loved this community. The office ladies have all been so wonderful to us - big thank you to Dominique, Danielle, and Janae. The maintenance team here is top notch. Their response to work orders have always been fast and they’re respectful and mindful of your living space when they come in to fix things. The amenities are great and close. The dog park is here is a perk and stays clean. This area of town is really nice and I enjoy living here!

I have recently moved in, and the whole process has been super wonderful! Dominique and Cristal were really helping me out, starting with the house hunting. They provided all the information I needed about the property, and they responded quickly and accurately afterward, which made me choose this awesome place. Great thanks to Dominique and Cristal! The maintenance team is responsive and friendly, and definitely knows what the requests are. The place is located in the far north, very quiet, and a great place to relax. I am looking forward to a wonderful life here and to enjoying all the amenities here!

As a new resident, my experience with the Olympus Northpoint to include the application process has been very positive to date. The onsite management and office staff I've worked with (Dominique, Dani & Chrystal) have been courteous and competent, and quick to respond to all inquiries. This gated community appears to be well-maintained, possesses multiple amenities, and is conveniently located to I-25 and Alameda Blvd. Upon move-in, my new apartment was clean and everything was in good working order. I highly recommend this property.

I just moved into Olympus Northpoint. I had a life changing diagnosis, that prompted me to sell my house. With choosing not to live in an apartment for decades, I thought this was going to take me awhile to get use to. From the employee Crystal showing us around the complex to Danny having me sign docs when I moved into Olympus Northpoint, this transition has been surprisingly simple and beautiful! I LOVE OLYMPUS NORTHPOINT! Thank you for your kindness and expertise 🙏🤟🏽
