10/10! had a great experience touring on March 7, 2026 with Alek McKenzie. He showed us the one-bedroom units and was very nice, courteous, and professional throughout the entire tour. Alek took the time to answer our questions and made the experience comfortable and informative. His friendly attitude and knowledge of the property really stood out. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service.

We have been living at Olympus-Latitude for about two months now and we're very pleased with our experience so far. From day one, Alek and Adrian were welcoming, and very helpful. Alek is really passionate about his job, he’s a pleasure to work with. Move-in was a breeze. There were a few move-in issues: no internet service and an expired refrigerator water filter, they worked diligently to correct any issues as soon as possible. We are learning about all the nice amenities, and the grounds are always clean and well kept. Whenever there are issues, or we need help, the entire staff is always willing and able to help. We are enjoying our home at Latitude very much.

I recently moved into Olympus Latitude Apartments and had an outstanding experience with the office management team. From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire move-in process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, answered all of my questions promptly, and ensured I had everything I needed before move-in day. Their communication was excellent, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making residents feel welcomed. Moving can be overwhelming, but the office staff went above and beyond to make the transition easy. I’m very happy with my experience so far and appreciate all of their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend Olympus Latitude Apartments to anyone looking for a community with exceptional management and customer service!

I recently toured Olympus Latitude, and Alec made the experience outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. What stood out most was his knowledge and transparency. He took the time to answer all of our questions honestly, walked us through the different floor plans, amenities, and pricing, and never made us feel pressured. He was upfront about everything, which made the entire process feel comfortable and trustworthy. Alec’s positive attitude and attention to detail made a great impression on us. It’s clear he takes pride in helping people find the right home rather than just making a sale. If you’re considering Olympus Latitude, I highly recommend asking for Alec. I completed a virtual tour with Alek, and I can’t even put into words how awesome he is! I am moving from Colorado, so my apartment search felt a little intimidating at first. But after connecting with Alek, I feel confident not only in the fact that beauty of the property matches what is shown online, but also that the staff working on the property are kind, helpful, and just want to you have a good experience. He was so easy to talk to and I felt like we had already known each other! I will be putting in my application :)
