Whispering Sands is an amazing place to live in Albuquerque! The community is peaceful, well-kept, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. Everything feels comfortable and organized, and it’s a great place to call home. Endy (melissa) is truly the best part of the experience—she is incredible, kind, and always so helpful. She goes above and beyond for residents and makes everything so easy and stress-free. Her customer service is outstanding and she really cares about everyone here. Five-star experience all around!

Outstanding service! The maintenance technician was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. They arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and fixed it quickly without cutting corners. Everything was left clean and working perfectly. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job right. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable maintenance services.

I would like to share that the service at Whispering Sands Apartments is outstanding. Staff is courteous and very friendly. I would like to shift my focus to one of the leasing agents, Nayeli Arenivas. She was very helpful and very understanding of my needs. She was a wonderful listener and was willing to work with me. I am so grateful for her patience and kindness. She went the extra mile and I was able to get the approval of having my own apartment. Thank you so much for everything, Nayeli. You are amazing!!!!🙏😊

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. First when I moved in in December,they tried to put me in a unit that not only looked nothing like the model I saw smelled like cat urine when I didn't like that they charged me more for a "clean" unit. That unit has bugs like so many roaches since the day I moved in. And the appliances were half out together. The roof on that unit has leaked several times causing water damage to the apartment that they have no intentions to fix. Half the power outlets don't work all of the interior work is absolutely ugly rushed and done as cheap as possible. I pay $1300 a month. These are truly slumlords. My RUBS is consistently growing which is definitely linked to the constant water leaks, the new property manager was not interested in working with me rather just making sure that she got to speak her piece so that she could let me know that it wasn't her fault. I'll be making a report to the city today. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I'm back. The pool isn't opening at all because apparently there is a crack in the foundation when I moved in I was not told this I was told it was opening in May. The response I got was "🤷" You have to drive around the entire property to leave. Seriously for what you could pay here go anywhere else. UPDATE: AFTER BEING HERE FOR OVER A YEAR WITH NO CHANGES LAST NIGHT 10 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS MY CAR WAS TOWED FROM MY HOME FOR "VIOLATIONS OF PROPERTY RULES" THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS they work with enchantment towing to get more money off there residents. The manager is the single most unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of working with she's rude and aggressive. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.

I’ve been here since April 2024. First I want to appreciate the maintenance team especially Johnathon. He was super kind & helpful. I actually felt less embarrassed over a clogged toilet because of him. I will say there is a couple of issues but maybe not too huge. The walls can be a bit thin in some areas of the apartment so you can almost hear a conversation happening, definitely enough to keep you up at night. The lights outside go out after a while which makes it hard to see from the peephole. Although the apartment is kept clean, they have pest control & I myself use bug killer spray, roaches will appear out of nowhere, dead thankfully most of the time but it seems like that’s an undergoing issue. I’m almost more than certain that a lot of units have black mold growing on the outside walls, not sure how that should be addressed. I will say the new laundry installment they've had hasn't been bad, it just sometimes has technicalities with the new technology. Overall, I like this apartment complex for its price, I know it’s not on the best side of town but that’s something you can’t really control. They at least have code gates and keys so people have to use it to get in and out.
