I recently toured The Dillon and had such a great experience! The property is absolutely beautiful and truly feels luxurious from the moment you walk in. The pool area is amazing and definitely a standout feature. Mikayla and Katelyn were both incredible—so welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole tour feel easy and enjoyable. They really took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel confident in my decision. I met Anna as well and she really was amazing to work with. I’m really looking forward to making The Dillon my new home!

I am so excited to live here! We got approved for an apartment and I was so in love with the complex and unit after our tour. Mikayla is/was so helpful and very kind in answering questions we had and I can honestly say she sold me at all the amenities. ☺️ The location couldn’t have been any better because it’s on the safer side of town and we have lots of restaurants and stores nearby. So so excited once again! Thank you Mikayla and team!

I recently toured Dillon Apartments and I am beyond impressed! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely top-tier—everyone was so welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a great atmosphere. You can really tell that they take pride in creating a comfortable and inviting place to live. It’s rare to find a team that cares this much, and it truly shows. After my tour, I can confidently say this is a place I would love to call home. If you’re looking for a community with excellent service and a great living experience, Dillon Apartments is definitely worth checking out!

I did a tour with Katelyn and she was very kind, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. The complex is very nice and I love the amenities, you don't usually find such helpful people these days. I highly recommend talking to Katelyn and I look forward to moving in.
