We’ve been within the unit for a few months now. Yvette showed us a tour and the amenities there are within the complex. She was very helpful and got us moved in smoothly. I would definitely recommended living within The Aubry. The maintenance crew are quick and efficient with every help that you need. Very quiet community, and friendly community.

The Aubry was a delightful, we were helped by a very kind woman named Yvette. She helped us find our dream first apartment, very clean and maintain apartment. Then was very informative and compassionate to all our questions. Assured us on uncertainties, and helped us figure rent and moving. I highly recommend speaking with her :).

nice at move in but we got the land lord special on the unit with anything and everything they could just painted over without care. months later everything still smells like paint including the bathtubs? giant holes under the sinks in the walls (fixed by drilling dry wall pieces on top of them), pretty much cut every corner possible, rooms and closet doors not closing properly and some lovely sass from maintenance when trying to get things fixed when they eventually show up 🙃 wouldn’t recommend to move in unless you always wanted to renovate your rental space yourself

I would like to thank the office staff here they are very nice and knowledgeable with the paperwork and Yvette overall for helping with our move in. She was great. I really like these apartments and they did a great job setting it up for us. I did have to put in a work order for something but maintenance was very friendly and fast and did a great job. There is also nice walking space for our dogs, and a good amount of parking spaces which is awesome. It is also very quiet here which is nice and clean! Highly recommend moving here. I recently went in to The Aubrey's to do a tour with Yvette. She was very nice and helpful but I found nothing in my price range but still she was very sweet and very respectful and had a very good attitude towards everything. She provided me with lots of options and spoke kindly to me even after she was aware I couldn't rent, due to income. If you go here, deal with Yvette. I wish more people could be as kind and helpful towards people in similar situations.
