noticed some reviews mentioning concerns about neighbors, and I wanted to offer another perspective. I have lived here for five years and have generally had a positive experience. Like any apartment community, some level of everyday noise is unavoidable. My 70-year-old mother lives with us and uses a walker, which can sometimes create normal household sounds. I also noticed complaints about children in the area, including accusations of things like “ding-dong ditching.” The children being referenced are very young, and those claims do not align with what I have personally observed. Based on my experience, some of the complaints in previous reviews do not reflect the overall atmosphere of the community. I would encourage prospective residents to consider all reviews with an open mind and understand that neighbor disputes can sometimes be subjective. Since those particular neighbors moved out, the environment has felt much more comfortable and less stressful. We no longer feel like we have to worry about ordinary day-to-day activities being viewed as a problem. Overall, my experience with the apartment community has been positive. The property has been a good place for my family, and I appreciate having called it home for the past five years.

Honestly the best experience I’ve had at an apartment. This place has been absolutely incredible. A couple times maintenance was a little slow, and the office was meant to update me and they didn’t. But my overall experience was great. I loved it here.

Nice community and apartments. Safe, close to I-25 and Paseo Del Norte (quick commute to basic essentials). Parking is adequate, depending on apartment unit location. Staff is friendly and very responsive (Narda is amazing).

I’ve been living here for about six months now, and here is my pros and cons list for this apartment. Pros: -I haven’t had any noise issues (however, I'm on the 3rd floor) -Security patrols the parking lot regularly -The leasing office is very responsive and communicates quickly about community updates or announcements (S/O to Nicole! She was my leasing agent when I first moved and she was awesome!) -Maintenance requests are completed quickly -Utilities and added fees are reasonable compared to other apartments -The grounds are clean and well-maintained -The community feels safe, and neighbors have been friendly -Kitchen has a lot of storage space -I haven’t had any bug problems inside (just outside, it was a spider on my patio and grasshoppers near the stairs), they do have pest control that comes weekly and you can put your unit down to be sprayed -Offers both gas and electric stove units, which is nice Cons: -Bedrooms don’t have built-in light fixtures (rely on lamps connected to outlets) -Parking can be limited depending on your building location, sometimes you’ll park a little farther away to find open spots. I strongly recommend getting covered parking! -The Family Dollar across the street can be a bit sketch -Trash valet service sometimes misses a pickup, usually due to weather -There’s no package locker/room, deliveries go either to the office or directly to your door (not really a con for me, but some might prefer lockers) -Some units (my unit) come with a single basin sink for the kitchen I haven’t experienced any water issues or noise complaints, and the complex stays on top of maintenance and security. It is a bit pricey, and like most complexes, rent renewals probably increase after your initial lease (not sure by how much), but that’s pretty standard everywhere. It's located near I-25 and Paseo, making it easy to get around. But the traffic in Albuquerque is generally rough no matter where you live. The nearby cross streets, however, aren’t bad. Our city isn’t huge and honestly, doesn’t have a ton of great apartment options. In my opinion, this place stands out as one of the better and safer ones.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Olympus Encantada. The community is always clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ comfort—any time I’ve needed something, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. The amenities are top-notch, the grounds are well-kept, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. My apartment is modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and I’ve really enjoyed calling this place home. Highly recommend Olympus Encantada to anyone looking for a quality place to live in Albuquerque!
