I’ve had a great experience living at this property. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Management is responsive and professional, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I feel comfortable and safe here, and I truly appreciate how well everything is taken care of. Thanks to Jose the maintenance tech and thank you to the property mountain vista for such an amazing experience.

Do not move into these apartments for your own sanity. I was told I got an updated unit upon getting my apartment found out everything is broken and old. My cabinets are broken and have giant pieces missing out the them and the walls are the same way! They slapped some paint on the and called it a day. My screens on the windows are broken and the windows themselves do not even close all the way so air comes In and out The flooring in my kitchen and bathroom and broken and falling apart. My carpet is dirty and smells like dog they did try to help with a shampoo it did not work, there was also no follow up afterwards .They cut so many pieces of carpet out I think I have at least 16 different of patched pieces of carpet in my place. They have Cockroaches which I was told my the leasing manager Fawn that there were NO COCKROACHES. It's a very big trigger for my anxiety and THIS WAS ALSO explained Upon moving in to Fawn. I started to find cockroaches all over my apartment at one time I was infested in my bathroom and they blamed another tenants "appliance" as the issue. They have a lazy bigan that comes to "inspect" but can't even be bothered to get off the phone when he's in your apartment very lazy and very RUSHED. They lied to me and told me all of the units in the building were being sprayed and they are only spraying TWO of them anyone with common sense knows the roaches are just going to run to the next apartment. It's hard to get a direct answer from anyone when you call the office because Adele doesn't know anything and she needs to ask Fawn, Fawn always has to check with her manager it's an annoying cycle where NO ONE usually gets back to you unless you call again. The property always has dog/cat poop on sidewalks and grass so the kids can't even play. There's stray cats that live outside my building and cry all hours of the night. The gym is always getting "broken into" and they are having ito change the codes constantly after 3 attempts I gave up. Several cars have been broken into, people park in your payed for parking space and there's no one to call to remove them. They claim there is security here after months of being here I have seen security 0 times around the property or even in the parking lot. You can't have kids toys on the porch so beware because the will post a notice on your door. I feel like the dirty inside and outside of these apartments would be more of a priority, but I guess I'm wrong. Please definitely go somewhere else. I will say it's pretty quiet around my apartment but that's not enough for the price they are asking here and all the damage in the place. Not worth it for the apartment or the headache. Save yourself the hassle y'all

I am being charged an extra $50 for insurance despite the fact that staff has verified they they have a copy of my renter's insurance on file. When I ask why these charged are on my account, they say they don't know but I have to pay it anyway. Mistakes like these are made because the property is managed so poorly, or because I'm being targeted. Unacceptable either way. It took over 3 months to fix the leaky roof. But most concerning is the lack of security on the property. My own vehicle has been broken into five times in two years while parked right in front of my building. The parking lots are very dark at night, there are no cameras, or gates. Vehicles here are an easy target with four unsecured exits and easy access to Tramway blvd. When asking for assistance I was told "that is not something the property or RPM is able to do anything about. That would have to be handled through APD." APD has nothing to go on without any information on the offenders, but RPM won't even consider other security measures. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Not at all worth what we pay. *** It's funny how a courtesy patrol was NEVER mentioned before, especially when I reported the last few break-ins. Nor have I ever seen them. If this is true, I'd like to be contacted with thier information. What company? What hours are they on site? When did they start? They posted that detail here yet the response to my email was very clear. The few lights that are installed are opperational but are not sufficient and the parking lots are still too dark. The repairs still should not have taken three months to compete. This post was to warn others. Mountain Vista should address me directly if they have real solutions to the problems I outlined in my numerous emails, or just stay quiet.
