I have been living at La Vida for the past 4 months, and I would like to express how skilled and professional the maintenance team has been — especially Doug and Oscar, and I hope I spelled their names correctly. These guys truly saved me from an AC issue that took less than 10 minutes to fix. The repair was handled quickly, professionally, and efficiently. What impressed me the most was their fast response and genuine willingness to help. A big thank you to Doug, Oscar, Brian, and also the office manager, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember. Much appreciation and respect to all of you.

Great apartment. I lucked out. Excellent management - courteous and friendly . Safe neighbourhood. Easy access to Sandia Labs. and north-east restaurants. Problems like leaky faucets etc fixed in 24 hours. Noise free digs- have yet to hear anything from adjoining apartments. Residents tend be hard working professionals or retired and quiet. Yet to hear a raucous party. Apartments are considerably more spacious than others in same price range. To top it all off, we get a giant balcony that can be used for entertaining and eating

La Vida Apartments offer a great living experience in one of the safest areas of Albuquerque. The location is incredibly convenient — with two malls just five minutes away and a Walmart only two minutes from the property, daily errands and shopping are effortless. Management is outstanding. They’re professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful, always addressing questions or concerns quickly. Their friendly and polite attitude makes interactions easy and pleasant. The maintenance team is equally impressive. They’re fast, efficient, and highly professional, and they consistently show up with a positive, friendly attitude. Overall, La Vida Apartments provide a safe environment, an excellent location, and a team that truly cares about residents

I’ve had such a great experience living at La Vida Buena Apartments so far! The apartments themselves are super spacious and feel really open, which I love. The outdoor areas are beautiful, and having a balcony is such a nice bonus—it really makes it feel like home. The staff here are amazing, and the maintenance team is incredibly quick and reliable. Anytime I’ve had an issue, it’s been taken care of right away with no hassle. A special shoutout to Brian, the property manager, who has been especially helpful and kind throughout my time here—he truly goes above and beyond for residents. The neighbors are also very friendly, which makes the community feel welcoming and safe. Overall, this is such a comfortable and well-managed place to live. I would definitely recommend La Vida Buena Apartments to anyone looking for a great home!

We’ve been really happy at La Vida Buena. We moved from the Southeast in June of last year and the staff here has been welcoming, professional and prompt when it comes to communications and repairs. The complex is in a really convenient location in NE Albuquerque near a lot of great local restaurants. You’re very close to the Sandia Mountains here and the views here are gorgeous. There’s are several parks and open spaces in what is a very walkable and bike-friendly area. (The Sandia Tram is a must l-visit and isn’t far at all.) We’ve been very pleased with our stay here and are glad it’s our new home!
