I’ve had such a great experience living at La Ventana Apartments. The staff here truly make the place feel like home. Gloria, Edward, and Lauren are absolutely wonderful!! they’re always kind, welcoming, and willing to help with anything you need. They go out of their way to make sure residents feel taken care of and appreciated. The maintenance team is also amazing. They’re quick to respond, professional, and always friendly when they come by. It’s clear they really care about keeping the community running smoothly. Overall, the whole team at La Ventana does a fantastic job creating a positive and comfortable place to live. I really appreciate how accommodating and nice everyone is. Highly recommend!

Love our apartment here at La Ventana! We just renewed our lease for an additional year. Great staff, clean property, pool is always well kept, & nice gym! Go ask for Gloria or Edward! They’ll be sure to take care of you! They always do a great job at making sure if we ever need anything it’s taken care of quickly and they are very personable when we seen them!

La Ventana is fantastic place to live. They made my move, carefree and enjoyable every step of the way. All of the employees were very professional and super helpful. They seem to genuinely care about the customers and the property.

Legit the best and fastest service every single time no matter the issue. It’s never been more than 24 hours and often issues are resolved within a couple of hours. The definition of customer service. Super impressed

Predatory company. Save all of your documents. Admin is horrible and against you when you move out. Paying bills 100% on time always isn't important at this community. Location sucks with the loud traffic on tramway. They wanted to charge me well over 2k to move out. No damage no nothing. Correct me if I'm wrong... I dare you.
