I had a great experience living at this apartment complex and would easily rate it five stars. The property is clean, well maintained, and clearly managed by a team that takes pride in keeping everything in good shape. The apartments themselves are comfortable, thoughtfully laid out, and feel like a place you can truly settle into, not just pass through. What really stands out is the overall atmosphere. The community is quiet, safe, and welcoming, and any time I had a question or needed assistance, management was responsive and professional. From move in to day to day living, everything felt smooth and well organized. I would confidently recommend this complex to anyone looking for a reliable, high quality place to live.

Love the apartments! How safe and quiet it is.. I feel so comfortable walking my dog. I never see shady people around. Also love the amenities, they really keep it in great condition! Also the little community events are so fun!

I visited my son over the weekend and boy did I feel like I was at a resort! His apartment is beautiful and modern. The pool and spa were incredible! I ran into an employee named Rey on my way to the pool. I kinda of got turned around as I was making my way to the pool. Rey was so helpful and walked me to the pool area. I can't wait to go back and visit my son again. I hope I run into Rey again, he was such a nice young man and so friendly!

We flew from Dallas to visit and chose this property because it was presented as a luxury apartment community. However, shortly after moving in last August, we discovered that the air conditioner was not functioning properly on the very first day, and it took nearly 10 days for the issue to be fixed. Since then, we have continued to experience recurring AC problems almost every month. Last month, we were informed that the wiring had been installed incorrectly and that the issue had finally been resolved. Unfortunately, the air conditioner has stopped working again this month. We are extremely frustrated with the repeated need to raise service requests, especially since they are often addressed very slowly, sometimes taking two weeks for action to be taken. We were offered the option to transfer to another apartment within the community. However, given our experience so far, it is difficult for us to trust that the same issues will not occur again in another unit. Constantly moving from one apartment to another is not a practical solution.Additionally, we are expecting a baby and relocating at this stage is extremely stressful and challenging, even with professional movers. We currently pay approximately $2,100 per month because this is advertised as a luxury property. However, it is disappointing that such a basic and essential amenity like air conditioning continues to fail repeatedly despite ongoing complaints and maintenance requests.

Alora is a great worker. She helped me apply, and was very fast to respond. Whenever I had questions or concerns she was straightforward, and if she didn’t have the answer she pointed me to the right people. I have had a great experience with the staff, the management is friendly. Thank you alora for helping me find an apartment here at encanto at mesa del sol
