Katrina Morgan Smith 7 months agoI have probably lived in 10+ apartments in my adult life, and this place is by FAR the best one. Kristy and Ana have gone above and beyond to ensure that my household is happy in these apartments. Any time we have gone to them with a concern, big or small, they have addressed it promptly and compassionately. It genuinely feels like they are invested in the residents’ experience. Yes, this apartment is more expensive than other places you can live in Albuquerque. But it’s also in the middle of Nob Hill with major amenities—hot tub, pool, billiards, gym, peloton, night time security patrol, etc. With all those factors combined, the price is more than worth it. I looked into renting other places in Nob Hill, and the prices were similar (or sometimes more) with less amenities. I saw some other comments mentioning safety concerns with car break ins. I have personally never had a problem or felt unsafe. I do know that staff have taken serious efforts and coordinated with the police/security to prevent car break ins. To some degree, we live in Albuquerque on Central—maybe some property crime is inevitable? But we can all do our parts to help keep ourselves and our neighbors safe. Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough. Ideal for young professionals, grad students, and hip retirees. So nice to be able to walk to your favorite bar or restaurant or the co-op down the street.
Rachael Garcia 3 months agoYou're not going to get any sleep if you work night shift. After several complaints about excessively loud upstairs neighbors, their only solutions are to pack up and move to the top floor or wear ear plugs. The building is so cheaply made that every footstep anyone makes above you sounds like a dinosaur stomping around. Every roll of the closet door opening or closing is like an earthquake. To have anxiety over whether or not I will sleep because of noise shouldn't be an issue in a place I pay $2600 in rent to live; and to that point, the only thing "luxury" about Broadstone Nob Hill is the lobby. The units themselves are average and not worth the price of rent. DON'T LIVE HERE IF YOU WORK NIGHTSHIFT.
Rajiv Heda a year agoI’ve lived at Broadstone Nob Hill for a while, and while the amenities like the hot tub and pool are nice, safety and maintenance are serious concerns. There have been multiple car break-ins in the parking area, and management hasn’t taken noticeable steps to improve security. On top of that, my AC has been out for five days during the summer heat, and maintenance has been slow to respond despite multiple requests. The lack of urgency and accountability is disappointing for a property in this price range. Great amenities can’t make up for feeling unsafe or neglected.
Travis M a year agoI’ve lived at Broadstone Nob Hill for three months now, and it’s been fantastic. The location is great and within walking distance of bars, shops and restaurants. The apartments have great amenities, and you can tell a great deal of care is placed in keeping things clean and well-kept. The gym is awesome. It is very well-equipped and spacious. The residents here are friendly, and there’s a coordinated apartment event each month to foster community. This month was a game night with pizza and board games. The apartment staff, Ana and Kristy, are amazing. They coordinate the events, act as concierges for the residents, and really make the apartments feel like a home. If you are looking for a community, this is the place to find it.
Lydia Lee 10 months agoLived at Broadstone Nob Hill for 2 years before moving out of state. The location can't be beaten; it's walking distance to Nob Hill and the university, and because you're literally on Central you can watch parades go by from your balcony or the common areas. Even though it's what I'd consider the frontline of gentrification, I never felt unsafe even living alone, and the complex itself is secure and relatively new with the usual yuppie luxury apartment amenities (large elevator, swimming pool, grills, dog area, gated parking lot, double paned glass, central AC and heating, equipped workout room, etc.). I never had any noise issues either from people within the building or the surrounding businesses. The building managers Kristy and Analicia were super responsive, and maintenance was quick to handle things that needed fixing. I got my full deposit back without issue.
