I try to be understanding but these apartments are going down hill fast but it seem the management is trying to fool the public by offering residence gift cards for good reviews, also offering or at least they were $500 off your rent. If you refer a friend or family member. It seems they are doing this because they can't seem to be getting anybody in because a lot of people are moving out and the reasons why people are moving out is because the gates are always open, it's supposed to be a gated community I've lived here for what 6 years and I've only seen security 3 times but I've seen multiple homeless and junkies rummaging through the apartments groups, or trash some even walk up-and-down the steps, taking people's packages to the point where I had to step in myself. I've also seen somebody checking people's apartments to see if they can get in. While I was leaving to work, so I grabbed my firearm, seeing how the man went to my door and tried to open it so. I escorted him off of the property and yes, you heard that right. I had to buy a firearm while living here SO safe, right? The gym was even robbed the weights we're all stolen and the equipment that is in there now is broken and does not function properly. Plus the gym is always dirty I worked out. In the gym, a total of 3 times and each of those times I ended up getting very sick because of the poor cleaning my whole apartment building 2 years into living here was told that we all had black mold that we needed to move, then all of a sudden, they said, never mind, it's fine really strange. I can't wait to move out of here. My leases up in 2 months but with me having to get this apartment professionally cleaned, because that's what I was told by management. If not, I would be fined and have to pay for them cleaning it even though That's what the security deposit should be for. They keep raising rant with no results. It's like they love just taking our money without actually helping tenants they will probably respond to this. And say how shocked they are because their gates are always closed and they have security just to cover themselves. Yet, I have pictures that prove otherwise now should I just go and take pictures of the gym to prove I'm not lying about that either. Oh, and I almost forgot the most important thing. There is a man that lives in building 5 I know exactly what apartment it is, too. It's on the bottom floor when you first drive in. I don't want to give the exact number ways, because then I'll probably get in trouble but he likes to go snooping and trying to open people's cars at night. I've seen him doing this and confronted him as well, and I walked him all the way back to his apartment and let the apartments workers. Know and it seems nothing was done. This dude always has his junkie friends in here that are also rummaging through people's cars. So please just be safe and lock your doors. P.s the pictures below are pictures of people. I have caught stealing stuff because the gates are open or homeless people that have got in because of the gates being open

Interesting that the Alvarado management chooses to show the pool in their advertising . And yet the pool remains closed as we enter June. I have lived here a long time and never been so unhappy. The office crew is hostile and sad. Angela refused to answer my question. Please if you are considering a life here , there is lot of false advertising.

Your system redirected me here. So here it is. I recently notified your system that the gate on the west side of the pool was not operating properly and many tenants could not access the gate with their key over the weekend. When we approached your weekend staff they informed us that they had been directed to not open the gates and that tenants could come to her and she would open the gate for them. That is until 5pm when they ended their day on the property. I filed a lock and key issue through your maintenance system requesting the matter be resolved and I receive a resolution in writing via your system. What has happened is the matter was marked as resolved and your automated system directed me to a public forum to post my dissatisfaction regarding the matter. When in fact none of my questions were replied to in writing or via a telephone call.

Damya was such an excellent tour. The apartments are amazing as she helped me decide. I will be coming back in a couple months to try to get that beautiful apartment in such a nice and welcoming neighborhood. Thank you so much to Damya for the information provided and her wonderful service.

The staff are rude. They say they put notice of lease expiring and they don’t. They threatening to charged months of rent because they were not notified in “their” appropriate time. They threatening to ruin credit. They don’t reach out to see if you want to renew my lease. The secure gate hasn’t worked about half the time I lived there. There is roaches.
