Alison Giblin 5 months agoI loved living here! I lived here for just over 2 years and everything about living here is 10/10! They keep things clean, maintenance is on top of everything, Amy is the most helpful and communicative person to work with through the entire leasing process! I moved here right out of college and has been an amazing stepping stone into adulthood! Location is amazing and views are unbelievable! I will be recommending the mark to friends for years to come!
Eddie Eixenberger 2 months agoThe staff, amenities, tower and unit were all incredible. I really enjoyed my time living here. The freight elevator and alleyway came in clutch for move in and out. Personal shoutout to Richie and Amy for always being incredibly responsive for maintenance requests and general inquiries.
Gabriel Vaquedano a month agoI tried to make a delivery and tenant provided a PIN/CODE (tenant only provided a code and not an instruction for the Screen/Pad) to have access to the building and finish delivery. While I struggled trying to find the right button and using CODE never worked because I couldn’t find the right button or feature. I asked help from the outside to have assistance to how to proceed to help me finding the right button (I NEVER HAD INTENTION TO ASK THEM TO LET ME IN WITHOUT INSERTING THE CODE AND HAVE GRANT ACCESS) since I am ADA disabled to process many things I insisted for assistance and actually never had their assistance from the front desk either from the young standing in the door, which for them a minor assistance task wouldn’t affect their job or their position and it made me feel completely helpless just because i was asking assistance how to follow your building entrance regulations. Then when another tenant from the outside notice my lack of assistance from front desk help me with the screen then I tried to let them know to front desk my intention and they shut me up and stated that I don’t need to argue with them, I was just using my right for a better ADA ACCOMMODATION I didn’t have it from THE MARK.
M W a year agoThis is the best place to live downtown KC. The property manager Brandon is literally amazing. All of the staff is super helpful. The building is extremely clean all the time and the amenities are top of the line. The rent is reasonable as well. Absolutely move my apartment!
Stephan Simmons a year ago*Edit/Timeline Update* After 11 weeks, the leasing office has moved me back into my apartment so I am updating this review from 1 to 3 stars with an update on the timeline of apartment fixes and accommodations. I was so pleased with my new apartment at the Mark. Then 2 weeks after moving in, it flooded due to no fault of my own. I recommend the Mark to people looking for an aesthetically nice building with a good location. But, I wish I had known the process to solve maintenance issues was so problematic and inefficient. Management was helpful in the flood’s immediate aftermath (as is their legal obligation) but has since been largely silent. I was moved into a “temporary” apartment that is much smaller than what I signed a lease for. It’s been nearly two months in this smaller apartment while I continue paying rent for my larger, flooded apartment. They have failed to meet any of the move-in dates — set by them — so I am still unable to return to my original apartment. It has been delayed 3 times and I have received no indication that it’ll be ready any time soon. I am at a loss. I’ve been incredibly patient and understanding. I want to love this building but it’s very difficult to do. I will update my review if this problem is solved.
