I absolutely love living at 2501 Beacon Hill! I’ve been here for a while now, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional, they always make you feel welcome and valued as a resident. Any time we submit a maintenance request, the team responds very quickly and resolves the issue right away, which gives us so much peace of mind. I also love that they organize monthly events for residents. It really helps build a sense of community and makes living here even more enjoyable. The amenities are beautiful and very well maintained. I highly recommend 2501 Beacon Hill, it’s a fantastic place to live!

I have lived here for almost two years and would highly recommend it to anyone in the Kc area. It's a great area with super close access to downtown. The apartment and amenities are very modern and sleek. The office managers and maintenance are very quick and responsive. The amenities have to be the greatest perk. From the rooftop pool and deck to the gym, everything is super picturesque. Fun resident events happen monthly and having valet trash is convenient. A great neighborhood to take walks in when it's warmer. Highly recons! Perk: Vested Coffee in the lobby

Moved to Florida for work but if I ever move back to KC I’m moving back in these apartments! Gavin and everyone in management are always super nice and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. My unit had city views which were breathtaking both during sunrise and sunset. And the fact that there is a coffee right downstairs…

I’ve lived at this complex for over 8 months now. My experience thus far has been 10’s across the board! Staff, property/unit maintenance, amenities, all of it is amazing! HOWEVER, the parking situation is frustrating and I’m acknowledging it in this review so those who are considering the property can make a truly educated decision. To pay $90 a month for just surface parking, and there not be adequate space is pretty insane. There are way too many “compact” vehicle spots and the compact vehicles don’t even park in them. Those of us who drive SUV’s have a minimal selection of where we can park, so if you’re not parked by early evening, it’s unlikely you’ll find a sufficient spot in the night. I don’t appreciate paying $90 a month to end up having to park on the street, because the parking lot was formatted poorly. Mind you, street parking comes with its own risk, which I’m well acquainted with because my vehicle was hit my first night moving in unfortunately. (Obviously not to the property’s fault) Nevertheless, I truly enjoy my unit, the property and staff, but this parking set up will definitely be the reason I decide to move out because unless something changes in the next few months, I do not aspire to pay so much for such little guarantee:(

Lived here for several years right after moving to Kansas City. Really loved my time here. The neighborhood is great for walking, beautiful views of the city, and incredible management and staff. Definitely sad I had to move 😢
