We love living here. We’ve been living here since over 2 years and wouldn’t choose any other apartment building in KC. The apartments themselves are updated and nice. We have a great view! This is a small building which makes it lovely. The location is great! Wonderful restaurants (some of the best in KC in my opinion) and coffee shops at walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and nice to walk around but at the same time it is super close to downtown and has great freeway accessibility. Coming to the amenities, the gym is small but nice. The rooftop grill and space is also very nicely done. Maintenance is prompt and friendly. The building manager is also accessible and accommodative. There could be more community events. We’ve had a great experience living here.

So far westside flats was my favorite of all of place to stay. Izzi was great and I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing manager. They do their best to ensure happy residents. The area is quiet and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. No parking issues, secure building 10 stars from me!

I have been living at the Westside Flats for a couple of months now, and everything has been above and beyond expectations. The Westside flats complex is brand new, and as such, so are all of the appliances and facilities. When touring the complex for the first time, the third floor balcony with a gas grill and electric fire pit really caught my eye, and have served as a great place to relax in the evenings after work. The location of Westside Flats is also a huge plus. Being within walking distance of Power & Light, the Crossroads, and Boulevard Brewing is incredibly convenient, while still being far enough away to feel a bit secluded from the busy streets of Downtown. I've really enjoyed living at Westside Flats these past couple months, and would recommend anyone looking to live downtown to check out them out!

Westside flats has been great. Izzi, the property manager, and the maintenance staff have always been prompt and helpful. Love the neighborhood and little restaurants. Would recommend this apartment building to anyone in KC

Beautiful boutique community in such a cozy neighborhood! Love all the finishes, including the townhomes along with dining options and such close proximity to highways and major intersection but still off the beaten path.
