I’ve had a great experience with the leasing team so far. I did both a virtual tour and an in-person tour, and throughout the process they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. I actually changed my mind about my unit several times, and they were patient and worked with me every step of the way. Communication has been excellent, and they always respond promptly to questions and concerns. While I haven’t moved in yet, the property is newly built, beautiful, clean, and modern. Based on my experience so far, the team has been wonderful to work with and has made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. I’m looking forward to moving in!

Beautiful quality construction apartments! Great location for KU med! Great amenities. Marcus gave an excellent tour of the place. Affordable studio and one bedroom set ups especially for what you get. Controlled access parking and complex access. Would definitely rent here. Marcus sold us on the place.

I recently toured at The Hudson and was very impressed. The entire team was so kind and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making the application process smooth. The apartment I toured had great natural light, and the amenities (especially the rooftop terrace) were top-notch. It felt like a very secure and welcoming community. Can't wait to move in and have The Hudson as my new HOME!

This Community is absolutely beautiful. If you work from home, this is the perfect place. They have several lounge areas and even have individual work spaces. They also have a conference room for meetings. I like that the lounge areas are on different floors, so one space doesn’t get too crowded. They have an infrared sauna, which is a very unique feature I don’t typically see at Communities, so that was really nice. The best part; they are very pet friendly! They have a dog wash station and a dog park. If you are interested, I definitely recommend touring. It looks even better in person and has the cozy vibes you want in a home.

We don’t live here but we visited our nephew and his family 4/22-26/2026. We were so impressed with the apartment and amenities and folks living here. We spent lots of time enjoying the fabulous amenities and speaking with leasing professional, Marcos Reynolds. We love that he lives in the property, displaying a true passion for the property! He even spent time with us exploring Greystar properties in charlotte, Nc where our son is relocating to . Thank you Marcos! Thank you Greystar!
