I can’t say enough good things about Sky on Main. Ever since I applied, it has been a fantastic experience! The staff (Stacy, Tonia, and Rachel) have all been friendly (including Marlin and the other 24/7 security guards), the apartments are bright and spacious, maintenance is prompt and helpful, amenities are convenient and always improving, and the urban views are breathtaking! But on top of all that, Sky on Main has a community to it. The staff goes out of their way to organize fun weekly drink + snack events (“Friday Night Flights”), there are monthly adult beverage + food events (with Stacy and Rachel serving incredible spreads), and there is a welcoming atmosphere that invites any residents who care to mingle to do so. It has put Sky on Main head and shoulders above any other urban living experience I’ve had.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sky property! I rented a room through Airbnb. For a small fee I had access to their private garage, and the place was safe and secure. Only way in was with keycards. A lot of places to eat and explore are all within walking distance and the tram is right in front as well if you wanna ride that. On one of the days we were there we saw some guy peering through one of the doors trying to get in but couldn’t thanks to their security door systems. I ended up going through another entrance totally safe. Security was super kind and helpful in directing us and showing us how to get around in the building. The host was also very kind and helpful! The room was beautiful and THE VIEW was amazing! I definitely recommend staying here if you can! Thank you for the hospitality Francis!

I am a current tenant who would like to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my living experience at Sky On Main. I would not recommend anyone live here. My time here has been lackluster and subpar, to put it mildly. Stacy and Tonya (Manager and Assistant Manager) are some of the most unpleasant people I have ever met. They treat residents like problems they wish would go away. I don't think I've even seen them smile. They look irritated and unhappy every time a resident walks in the office. Their leasing agent recently quit due to toxic workplace conditions. As a resident, I wish I could quit this toxic community. They pull you in with promotional offers and discounted rates, only for them to rescind them months later. One of the reasons I decided to live here was for convenient parking and ability for guest parking. Now, there is NO guest parking at all and they have just changed where residents can park in the garage. Unsurprisingly, Management is making residents pay an additional price to park in an "exclusive, resident-only" zone. If you're not willing to pay that price, you can park in the other zone of the garage (if there are any other spots left) with public parkers. This property already has overpriced, so-called "luxury" apartments and has found ways to consistently get more money out of residents by going back on their word. Communication from management is dismal and laughable. They made these new parking announcements with less than a week notice. Emails to management are either ignored or replied to with ChatGPT messages with feigned excitement about their "new amenities." Whenever they mention "new amenities," it just means they are making a change they know people will be upset about. Every time I have emailed management with concerns, I am always told "there is nothing we can do." There is constant construction happening throughout the property. Residents are told that most of these projects will only take a few days when they actually take weeks on end. Exercise equipment is broken and dusty all the time. Dogs are everywhere, the halls smell like urine and there are feces in multiple places that take days to clean up. One star. Don't live here. There are SOOO many better options. I will not be renewing my lease and I would never recommend this apartment community to anyone.

I toured multiple apartment complexes before deciding to go with Sky on Main. After living here for a little over six months now, I'm SO happy with my decision and absolutely love living here! Here's why: I looked at multiple complexes downtown, in the crossroads, and in the plaza area. Everywhere I looked had nice units, ammenities, and advertised security. However, reading through reviews told a different story. It was hard to remain optimistic about my options, and I tried to remind myself that people typically only write reviews when they're upset. Things changed when I finally toured Sky on Main. The units and ammenities seemed great, but the security really sold me. There is someone working at the security desk 24/7, and there is no way to enter the building without a key. There are multiple key checkpoints too (one for the entrance, to call the elevator, to get to the residential floors, and then the code to your unit). The parking garage is also fully enclosed, requiring a key to use either the pedestrian or garage doors - knock on wood, but I haven't had any issues with my car or personal safety as a young woman so far. Since I've been living here, the staff has really stood out to me too. I needed to move here for work ASAP, and management was extremely patient with me and helped me get into a unit when I needed it. They also put on different events throughout the month, these can range anywhere from a pop-up market, happy hour, friendsgivng dinner, yoga class, etc. Attending these events doesn't cost any money, and I love the creativity and effort that they put into making these happen. I've really enjoyed going out of my comfort zone once in awhile and trying something I've never done before. Along with the Sky on Main team and security, the units and location are great - but you probably knew that already ;). I plan on renewing my lease when the time comes!

Truly disappointed with where Sky On Main is currently going. Back when I moved in a few month ago, I was sold on guest parking, a dog park, decent gym, and a great promo for discounted parking. Fast Forward a few month later, they have removed ALL guest parking, making it impossible for friends, family, and guests to come and visit. As of today (1/26/2026) they have now removed the capability for anybody to park above to 5th floor unless they purchase a new parking pass that is 75$ more than the "promo" discounted rate. They also gave us a five day notice on this "exclusive parking amenity". Seems more like just another money hungry company attempting to squeeze every last cent out of its' residents. Why sell a majority of your residents on discounted parking and then simply take it away unless they "upgrade". But don't worry, the elevator screens aren't fixed either. Please avoid this property at all costs if you can. I promise there are betters out there. xoxo
