I had a 10 out of 10 time here at one Light, luxury apartments. I’m not from Kansas City, but being at one light made me feel appreciated and right at home. Being close to the city made it easy to create great memories with the great people. Everyone is open to enjoying our community for what it is. From the Staff to the parking to the amenities. I truly appreciate this luxury experience. I would recommend my colleagues and anyone else looking for an apartment in Kansas City to go to One Light.

Where do I begin? Easily my favorite place I have ever lived! The past 17 months flew by. One light definitely has a very neighborly vibe and everyone I met was great! The team went above and beyond multiple times while I lived there. Nicole, Emina and Logan in the leasing office were absolutely amazing. Will definitely miss living there and saying hello to everyone each day. Thank you all for being so amazing!

Never have I felt more quickly right at home than with my move to One Light earlier this week. There's a noticeable, sincere friendliness in the building that permeates into every aspect of life, whether that relates to other folks living here or the top-notch staff who make sure things run smoothly. I'd be remiss not to mention Clinton Roberts by name, One Light's Senior Leasing Specialist. Clinton's constant professionalism and sincerity sold me on One Light and has since ensured that I experienced a seamless move. These same compliments are owed to the rest of the team here, from the folks who staff the front desk twenty-four hours a day to the concierge and more. It's also worth noting that One Light's units are simply stellar. Floor-to-ceiling windows truly open up the cityscape views from the comfort of your home, while fantastic appliances and design create a spacious and luxurious living experience. To top things off, a grocery store, phenomenal gym, resort-style pool and recreational area, and lounge spaces for socializing all but ensure that residents can work, relax, and recreate all from within One Light's sleek and modern design. Once you're outside, the Power and Light District provides endless entertainment of every sort, plus a central downtown location with easy access to Kansas City's free streetcar. And speaking of residents, and especially for those moving to Kansas City from afar, One Light's environment provides a built-in social network of friendly, fun folks. In less than 48 hours here, I'd made new friends, exchanged contact information, and made plans with other residents. In other words, I didn't feel like a stranger in a new city for very long at all. I can't recommend One Light strongly enough. If you're in the market, this should be your first (and likely only) stop.

One Light is a fantastic place to live. Staff is great, building is clean, residents are nice. The location is great being connected to the grocery store and gym. If you are choosing between 1,2, or 3 light, I definitely recommend One. The bang for your buck is just unmatched. The units themselves are very well built. If something breaks maintenance will correct it extremely quick. Temp control is excellent and utility costs are very reasonable. Noise is what you would expect being in a city. If you have issues with it make sure you face west.

I toured this apartment and it immediately felt inviting. The space was bright, clean, and had a cozy layout that felt like home !The staff was so kind and welcoming, taking the time to really walk me through everything. It left me with such a good feeling, and I could easily picture myself living here . The amenities were a big plus. The fitness center, lounge, and outdoor spaces were all so well kept and really added to the community feel.
