The complex is nice, but overpriced for what it is. The neighborhood is growing, and there are insurmountable growing pains (I can't use my patio because it's constantly covered in construction dust, it's too noisy to work from home, they close the streets on KC Current game days so I have to wait 30 extra minutes in stadium traffic to get home, Bar K had the life choked out of it so the entire reason I chose this complex is moot). My AT&T internet cuts out multiple times a day every single day. Even with all that, the primary problem is the inconsiderate residents. At least once a week, there is a man in the gym playing his phone at full volume without headphones. There are multiple men who do this. One of them doesn't wear shoes. There are multiple families who let their kids play on the gym equipment like toys. I've given up on notifying management because they respond with, "Thanks for letting us know!" and the same thing keeps happening.

I can’t say enough great things about CORE! From the moment we started the leasing process, the experience was absolutely fantastic thanks to the amazing leasing agents, Malia and Kanar. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient while helping us find the perfect unit. They made the entire transition feel seamless and easy. Both Malia and Kanar had such positive, welcoming attitudes and were always quick to answer questions or provide guidance throughout the process. It truly felt like they cared about making sure we found the right place and felt comfortable every step of the way. The property itself is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and full of great amenities. You can tell the staff takes pride in the community. If you’re considering living at CORE, I highly recommend it. The professionalism, friendliness, and dedication from the leasing team, especially Malia and Kanar, made this one of the best leasing experiences we’ve ever had!

I truly have nothing but good things to say about Core! They are very well kept and such a wonderful facility to live at. The amenities are awesome (I loved the pool, pickleball court, golf simulator, and gym!!) and the staff are truly what make this place complete. Everyone is very kind and quick to respond. Any problems are usually resolved by the end of day. They give plenty of heads up about any notices to be aware of. Generally just a great place to be in!!

I have a ton of great things to say about Core after my time living there. Malia and all the leasing staff were fantastic and were truly a pleasure to work with. The amenities are great. This is the only apartment I've ever seen that has a squat rack (not smith machine) in its gym. Pool deck is super nice, golf simulator is great, pickleball courts are a plus, and I enjoyed the little convenience store. The units themselves are modern and I felt that my rent was appropriate. The one drawback for me about living at Core comes with its proximity to the railroad tracks. As someone who works from home, it was a pain being on calls and having train horns blaring in the background. Trains also were loud during sleeping hours. This is notably out of Core's control, but I do think it's an important consideration when choosing a place to live. All in all, I loved living at Core and am very grateful for their fantastic staff.

I moved in the first day they opened. After a few months of living here, I can confidently say it’s the best place I’ve ever lived. The apartments and the facility are top notch. Everything is well made and well designed. I really appreciate how sound proof my apartment is. I also love the common areas. I spent a lot of time in the shared work area drawing or reading. A beautiful building is awesome, but management is what makes or breaks your quality of life. And the staff if what I really love about CORE. Every worker, from custodians and maintenance to the front desk and management, has become a friend to me. They are incredible and work hard to make CORE the best place to live. All the perks are fun too! I’ve been taking free yoga classes. I get excellent coffee every morning. And now that I’ve had trash valet every day of the week, I don’t think I could ever go back to taking my own trash out. In short, it’s awesome here. P.S. it’s also nice that it’s a brand new building because that really limits the chance of you getting a haunted apartment 👻 just something to keep in mind.
