We can’t speak highly enough about our time at Arterra and their amazing team! The amenities, location, and views are the very best that Crossroads has to offer, but it’s the genuinely caring and fun atmosphere that made it truly feel like home for us. We moved from out of state and were immediately and warmly welcomed. I never expected the team to learn our names, let alone our pets! The building has an intimate, boutique feel - we never felt crowded at the pool/grill/social lounge and we made great friends at resident events. If you want perfect city views, steps to the streetcar and delicious restaurants, and an incredibly responsive building team, then Arterra is your place.

I will forever rave about ArterraKC Apartments. You won't find another gem like this in the Crossroads. We adore our modern yet comfortable two-bedroom, and we'll never tire of sitting on our balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views. Living here doesn't always feel like apartment living because the space is so ideal for us, and the location perfectly suits our lifestyle. It's a breeze to pop out the door for coffee or dinner and drinks from the best local spots. We also feel spoiled by the amazing ArterraKC office squad. Brooke, Tatyanna, and Marco are simply the best. They're always reliable and genuinely kind and friendly people to be around. I could go on and on. If you're looking for more than just a place to live but a real home where you feel connected and comfortable, Arterra is where it's at.

I've only been at Arterra for 4 months now, but my time here has already been great! Brooke, Tatyanna, and the Maintenance crew have all been nothing but welcoming and helpful. Not to mention, Arterra's location and views are probably the best in downtown KC

I absolutely loved living at the Arterra and I cannot say enough positive things about it!! Not only is it in a great location but it also has wonderful amenities that truly make it feel like home. The views from the pool and the 12th floor lounge are also unmatched! Both Brooke and Kaitlin are incredibly nice and accommodating and will go above and beyond to help make your living experience the best it can be! The Arterra offers a very warm and welcoming community that I really enjoyed being a part of. I would very highly recommend the Arterra to anyone looking for a quality place to live in the heart of Kansas City!!
