Waterside Place is an amazing place to live. I just renewed my lease for a third year and couldn’t be happier. The apartments are high quality, always clean, and well maintained. Any issues get fixed quickly. The location is ideal. It’s close to everything in Seaport but tucked on a quieter side street. The sense of community is one of the best parts. Events like wine nights and comedy shows make it easy to meet people and feel connected. The gym is solid and the outdoor grills are a highlight in the summer. The property management team truly makes you feel at home. Dominik, Marcus, and Olivia go above and beyond to create a welcoming and well-run building.

I’ve lived at Waterside Place in Seaport, Boston, for over a year now, and it has been a fantastic experience. Dominik, the property manager, is extremely professional and always goes the extra mile to ensure residents are happy. The entire team here is outstanding and truly makes living at Waterside Place a pleasure. The location is great, with close proximity to an array of restaurants and bars, making it convenient for dining and entertainment. The building itself is well-maintained, and any maintenance issues are promptly addressed by the attentive staff. I’ve recommended Waterside Place to friends and will continue to do so. It’s genuinely a wonderful place to call home.

stayed here for almost 4 years in 2 different apartments. couldnt recommend it highly enough. previous apartment buildings alwas have annoying issues around ACs, applicances, delivery, bad doorman, unhelpful leasing office, etc. Waterside Place has none of that. Great building to stay in

Living here is amazing. There was a comedy show hosted by 4 corners entertainment and it was a really good time. The comedians were hilarious and the vibes were immaculate. I hope they comeback soon lol!

After months of searching for a home in the Seaport that felt comfortable, safe, and clean, with great views and a secure location, I finally found my dream apartment at Waterside by Windsor. The exceptional service from the property manager, Dominik, leasing consultant, Olivia, and the incredibly helpful concierge, Tim, sealed the deal. From signing the lease to moving in and obtaining parking, the entire experience has been seamless and top-notch. The building is extremely clean, safe, and quiet. The monthly events create a fun and welcoming community, and the gym is bright, well-maintained, and a joy to use. The outstanding service from the property management team has made this a phenomenal choice. I'm so glad I chose Waterside by Windsor and couldn't be happier here!
