I love living at the Kensington!! I can't imagine a better place to live. The location is perfect- everything important is so close and centrally located. The concierge and management team are friendly and helpful. The cleaning team is also friendly. I greatly enjoy the monthly events. This building has the best amenities. The maintenance team is professional, prompt, and courteous. I highly recommend this apartment community.

Living at The Kensington Apartments has been an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I moved in, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and everything Boston has to offer. It makes both daily life and exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartments themselves are beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, truly making it feel like home. The amenities are a fantastic bonus and add to the overall quality of living. What really sets The Kensington apart, though, is the management team. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about their residents. Any questions or requests are handled promptly, which makes a huge difference. Overall, it has been a pleasure living here. I would highly recommend The Kensington Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and ideally located place to live in Boston.

We moved to Boston to start a new job and knew that The Kensington was the best place to be given its plethora of amenities and the convenience of its location. Vanessa from the leasing team has been an incredible help to help us secure the unit we want most, and the concierge team was also very accommodating during our move-in to help manage the chaos of the process. Very satisfied with the experience here so far and excited to be long-term tenants.

The staff is professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, making residents feel valued and at home. One of the best parts of living at Kensington is the unbeatable location. Being right in the heart of downtown Boston means easy access to amazing restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and public transportation, while still enjoying the comfort, privacy, and security.

Living at the Kensington has completely redefined what “luxury apartment living” means to me. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you feel like you’re stepping into a five-star hotel, the design, atmosphere, and attention to detail are just unmatched. But what truly makes this place special is the people. The staff and concierge team consistently go above and beyond, always welcoming residents with warmth and professionalism that genuinely makes downtown Boston feel like home. The location is unbeatable. You’re in the heart of the city with easy access to everything, incredible restaurants, the Common, Back Bay, the Theater District, public transit, yet somehow the Kensington still feels peaceful and private when you come home at the end of the day. The amenities are next level: the rooftop deck is amazing, the fitness center is beautiful and impeccably maintained, and every shared space feels thoughtfully curated. Even after living here, I still catch myself appreciating how elegant and well-kept everything is especially by the top-notch janitorial staff. Most importantly, there’s a real sense of community here that’s rare to find in a luxury building. The Kensington doesn’t just provide apartments, it creates an experience. I honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else in downtown Boston.
