I love living at The Smith. The amenities and the team here are awesome. Favorite things: tons of light, roof deck pool and gym, proximity to everything, Chris Cole and the leasing team, friendly security/concierge team, cleaning and maintenance crews and their excellent upkeep of the property, courtyard, planned resident activities, and the residents themselves. I've truly enjoyed living here and recommend this place to anyone looking for a community. It's the best!

I recently moved into The Smith, and it has been a wonderful experience so far! Lilah, the leasing agent I worked with, was exceptional. When I finally moved in, the rest of the leasing team was, and continues to be, very kind and helpful. There were a few maintenance things that needed to be addressed during my first couple of days, but Remy and Mo fixed everything quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for an apartment

Love this building and couldn't recommend it more! The amenities, cleanliness, and sense of community are all what make The Smith so special. Even the maintenance staff are great. I recently had a plumbing issue and Mo treated my home like if it was his own! The attention to detail and quick problem solving really made me appreciate how easy he made the whole process.

I’ve generally had a good experience living at the Smith building, but I wanted to highlight one standout moment that really impressed me. Two weekends ago, we had some issues in the building, and one of the staff members, Mo, went above and beyond to help. He made sure the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently ! It’s reassuring to know that the building doesn’t just have nice amenities, it has staff who genuinely care. The events are also amazing and so entertaining!

We absolutely love living at The Smith - best place we’ve ever lived by far. One of our favorite things is the sense of community. There are fun resident events every few weeks, and everyone we’ve met here has been so kind and respectful. It truly feels like a neighborhood within a building. It’s right down the street from SOWA Market and a short walk to the heart of the South End. We also have a beautiful view of the Prudential and John Hancock Tower from our window! The building is spotless — the maintenance and cleaning teams do an incredible job keeping everything in top shape. The concierge staff is always warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It really makes a difference coming home to such welcoming faces. And if you have a dog, this place is a dream. We have a 6-month-old puppy, and the community has been amazing for socializing him. There are two beautiful courtyards we love to hang out in, and we’re only a 2 minute walk from Franklin Square Park and Blackstone Square Park. He’s in heaven — and so are we! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, clean, and dog-loving place to call home.
