Lived here for 2 years and will be moving out next month. SO sad to be leaving this amazing building, but I’m moving to another city. Leasing office is amazing - Marcus is such a great guy and always has a smile on his face. The reception desk people are on top of everything. I’ve gotten every single package easily. Jose in maintenance is SO friendly and super quick to fix any issues. My dryer had some issues last year that went beyond a quick fix, so they ordered me a new one that day and installed it as soon as it came in. The walls are super thick and I’ve literally never heard my neighbors except when they’re moving in and out and doing stuff like hammering (which you will obviously hear in literally any building). Friendly community, great gym that’s never too crowded, and super clean common spaces. Personally, my 2nd year rent increase was super minimal (like literally a 1% increase) but I know that varies by unit and move dates and I’m in a studio moving at weird times. Definitely live here if you can!

Jose is an exceptional maintenance technician. He brings a warm and welcoming presence to the building and responds to maintenance requests promptly. Beyond addressing the immediate issue, he consistently goes the extra mile to ensure everything else in the unit is functioning properly.

Jose is truly exceptional. He and the entire maintenance team consistently go above and beyond to keep the building running smoothly and to take care of residents. Jose is incredibly reliable, responsive, and dedicated, the kind of person every community wishes they had. The Victor/Windsor are very fortunate to have someone so skilled and committed to his craft. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I LOVE living at the Victor! From day 1, the staff was SO welcoming. From Jada at the front desk who is beyond sweet and helpful to Natasha who is ON POINT with communication and Jose and his crew who keep the building sparkling and working like a well-oiled machine! I'm so grateful to be a part of the Victor family and would recommend this building to anyone. The amenities are very useful and never feel crowded and are kept clean and organized. Anyone who visits us is so impressed with our place and the proximity to ANYTHING you could need, especially with Star Market right across the street. Residents are friendly and respectful and the online resident portal is awesome because you can connect with people selling furniture or giving away moving boxes or referring dog walkers. Very helpful! If you're thinking about moving in here do it ASAP, it's worth every penny!

The team at The Victor is top notch!! I’ve lived here for 3 years and have had many positive experiences that remind me why I’m so happy to call this place home. Jose and his maintenance team are incredible - any time I have an issue, someone is able to promptly address it (even if it means replacing an entire washing machine or microwave!). Jose goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and he is an integral part of The Victor community. Endlessly grateful for his warmth, kindness, and expertise! The management team is also fantastic — it is clear that Marcus has put time and thought into making the resident events special and helping to build community. When I moved units earlier this year, it was a seamless transition, and Marcus jumped in to help me carry a mattress when he saw me struggling to get it though a doorway. You are always greeted with a smiling face and enthusiastic hello when Marcus is around!
