Anya was absolutely amazing during my apartment tour! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and gave honest insight about the building, amenities, and neighborhood. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right fit. The building itself was beautiful, but Anya’s professionalism and positive energy really made the experience stand out. Highly recommend working with her if you’re considering the property!

I had such a great experience with The Metlo while I was considering a move to Boston. Although my plans aren’t working out right now, The Metlo will definitely be at the top of my list if I come back to the area in the future. The community was beautiful, welcoming, and really well taken care of, but what stood out most was the team. Lauren, Leah, Sam, and Anya were all so helpful, kind, and professional. They made the process feel easy and genuinely seemed to care. It’s rare to find a team that is both responsive and personable, and they truly made a great impression. Highly recommend!

(⭐️⭐️ TWO Stars - for visibility) After living at The Metlo Boston for several years, it’s disappointing to say that the overall environment has steadily declined. What was once a well-maintained and comfortable place to live has turned into a frustrating experience due to ongoing neglect and lack of management accountability. Shared spaces are frequently left in unacceptable condition, often following large gatherings or parties that the leasing office appears to ignore. It’s common to see groups of 10–20 guests entering late at night, leaving behind trash both inside and outside the building—alcohol containers, spills, and even vomit directly outside one of the main exits. Parking has become another major issue, particularly with handicap spaces consistently occupied by vehicles without proper placards, especially over weekends. It’s hard to understand how this is allowed to continue, as it not only inconveniences residents but reflects poorly on management enforcement. Amenities that are advertised as perks have become liabilities. The coffee station on the first floor is often unsanitary, with reports of flies or foreign objects found in cups. Supplies are rarely replenished in a timely or organized manner, making the space feel neglected rather than maintained. Package delivery is another ongoing frustration. Deliveries are left on a disorganized shelf system that is difficult for drivers to access and nearly impossible for residents to navigate efficiently. Pet ownership within the building also seems poorly managed. There are frequent instances of pet waste throughout stairwells and surrounding outdoor areas, with little to no accountability for owners who fail to clean up after their animals. Overall, it’s unfortunate to see the condition of The Metlo deteriorate to this level. Based on the current trajectory, it’s hard to feel confident about the future here or with Greystar-managed properties in general.

Touring the Metlo was an absolute highlight, all thanks to Anya!!! She was just so welcoming and genuinely lovely to walk through the property with. I didn't feel rushed or anything. Anya took her time to understand exactly what I needed, making the whole experience feel curated and personal. She just has the best energy. Thank you so much, Anya, for making my apartment search so enjoyable and smooth.

I started my apartment search tour with Anya, and she set such a high standard from the very beginning. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property, answered every question with confidence, and made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. What stood out most was how genuine and attentive she was throughout the tour. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right fit rather than just giving a basic walkthrough. Because of the experience I had with her, this building has quickly moved all the way to the top of my list.
