Best tour ever! Margaret was amazing friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She made the entire experience enjoyable and took the time to answer all of my questions. She also shared great restaurant recommendations and local activities, which gave me an even better feel for the neighborhood. The Benjamin Seaport Residences is a beautiful property with incredible amenities and a great location. Margaret’s exceptional customer service made a lasting impression, and I highly recommend working with her if you’re considering living here!

The location and amenities of The Benjamin are great. Otherwise, I can not recommend it for the rental rate. The leasing experience was poor for a luxury building. Everything must be done on the website, where the rent price can literally change by the minute. The agents in the office basically can't do anything (which isn’t their fault but corporates I guess) so the process is so impersonal. Our agent took her days off (which is obv fine) but emails weren’t monitored by the group which I was told was a mistake, and emails/phone calls weren’t promptly returned. Definitely not a smooth process. Overall, the apartment is nice but fyi the laundry machines are apartment size and the dryer cycle takes a minimum of 2 hrs which maintenance says is normal. The parking garage is convenient but not monitored. The walls are also thinner than our last apartment. We moved from The Alyx to save a little bit but now realize why The Alyx is more expensive. You get what you pay for! Better agents, nicer finishes, full size machines, and great concierge and parking attendants. Hope to move back there soon.

I've been living at The Benjamin for almost 5 years now, and I love it! It’s in the perfect location of the seaport, and The Benjamin is probably one of the best luxury apartment buildings in the seaport. The amenities are top tier, especially having access to the 24/7 fitness center anytime is amazing. Management and the concierge are extremely friendly and helpful. The management team does a great job of communicating and maintaining The Benjamin and putting on great events for residents to come together and enjoy. I highly recommend living at The Benjamin over any other luxury apartment buildings in the seaport!

We love living at The Benjamin! We’ve been here a little over a year and are so excited that we just renewed our lease. Most apartments have a gorgeous view of the city or overlook the pool area. The location & amenities are top notch and the front desk and management team are great. They also do such a good job of planning fun resident events that have been such a great way to meet our neighbors! We also love how dog friendly the building is and that we have so many neighbor dogs 🐾

The Benjamin is the best luxury rental building in the Seaport. It’s in the perfect location in the heart of the vibrant waterfront district, surrounded by some of the cities best restaurants, retail and unique modern culture - a short walk to downtown, conveniently positioned 2-3 minutes from all major highways heading north, south or west. The leasing staff is smart, attentive, and care tremendously about both the building and the satisfaction of its residents. They work seamlessly with the maintenance staff, concierge and local community partners to ensure a life at the Benjamin is enjoyable, safe, clean, and programmed to provide top notch amenitized city living. It exemplifies what managed luxury rental apartments should be - it has no equal in the seaport, and few in all of Boston. The view ain’t too bad either!
