I’ve been very happy with my move-in experience so far. Erin was there every step of the way and made the whole process feel easy and organized. Nicole was also great and super helpful throughout everything. An even bigger shoutout to Wesley, the service manager, who was there right away to help with any service requests I had after moving in. He was quick, professional, and even checked in with me afterward, which I really appreciated. The concierge staff have also been great and are there at all hours to help with any after-hours requests, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’m very happy with the building.

I recently moved back to One Greenway after living here in 2020-2021. While I’ve had an excellent experience with Erin (leasing manager) and Cynthia (concierge manager), who offer top-notch customer service, I’ve noticed changes since the new management (before it was Bozzuto, now no idea). There are no longer any weekly or biweekly resident events (Friday donuts, flower arrangement activity, etc.) - something that once made the community feel special (Bozzuto was great at this). Also, the dog park’s trash hasn’t been emptied in weeks, which is disappointing for a premium building. Lastly, aside from Cynthia, the concierge team feels inconsistent, lacking the warm, friendly vibe I remember. I hope these issues are addressed, as it could really elevate the experience again!

One Greenway is fantastic! We're so grateful to live here. We've been residents for several years now, and the experience has been even better since the new management company took over (Air Communities). It truly feels like a COMMUNITY now--not just because of the resident events (which are at least monthly and very fun), but also also because of the "little things" such as management and staff remembering your name and details about your life, putting up lovely decor around the building for various holidays, and going out of their way to make sure you are comfortable when life happens (e.g., they installed noise reduction panels and curtains in our unit after construction started across the street, they got us a gift when we experienced a major life event). Also, they get the "big things" right--they renovated the fitness center, the maintenance team responds promptly and effectively when a request is submitted, the management team responds to issues professionally and kindly, and the external areas around the building look great. All in all, One Greenway is a great place to live--from the top-notch customer service to the quality of the building and units--I highly recommend it!

Love living at one greenway. Management is great to work with, particularly Erin! She is a wonderful manager and she is our dog's favorite!

Lived here for 2.5y, hard to ask for much better than what we got. Rent is steep and increases similarly steeply, but the building is nice and well-maintained. Management and facilities teams are adequately responsive and made the process smooth all the way through move-out. In this case, you get what you pay for - and you're paying plenty, so you get plenty. If the location, neighborhood, and peace of mind are what you're looking for, One Greenway can be worth the cost. The rest - price, size, layout - is stuff you can identify from a [virtual] tour, where you can trust your initial impression to be reasonably accurate. I feel grateful to say that One Greenway was an experience of no surprises.
