I don’t live in this apartment building, but I live next door and my package was accidentally delivered here. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and proactive in helping me locate it, and they even delivered it to my apartment’s front desk. From my experience, this building feels very safe, the lobby is always clean and well maintained, and the staff here are truly wonderful. If I ever decide to move, this would definitely be one of the first places I would consider.

I lived at One Canal for a year and half. I have lived in many apartment complexes through the years in many states. One Canal was a superior experience. The concierge was always helpful, leasing staff fast to respond, and even when I had a hiccup with my lease, I contacted the corporate office without issue. I am SO sad to leave this property. The rooftop is absolutely stunning, common areas always clean, and many events offered to residents. I would live here forever if I could.

I been at One Canal for 4+ years and in the past, it was a great place to live. The maintenance team & the grounds crew are fantastic, and the concierge teams are attentive & dedicated. However, the building is definitely starting to show its age, and while there have been some nice areas of refresh, the aging is visible in parts of the exterior and very much inside the units themselves. If you are looking for luxury/high-end, make sure you see the actual unit before committing to ensure things are up to date and as promised to align with the rental pricing.

The building staff continues to exceed all expectations. We feel incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated team; they handle every request with such professionalism and care that the entire process feels completely seamless. Their commitment to going above and beyond does not go unnoticed.

Oh it’s amazing! For the last 3 years i’ve lived at one Canal every time i’ve needed anything David has always been spot on. Even if it’s something at 3am David always takes care of it and with the highest levels of hospitality. Thank you as always!
